Do young people today make good use of their leisure time? Or do they spend too much time watching tv and playing video games, instead of taking part in more productive activities?
Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, typical one of which is that: how using the suitable time to relax. I do believe that nowadays the adolescent doesn’t have is suitable. In facts, there is so much advantage to have appropriate time to relax after working hard, for instance: decreasing stress pressure and creating new energy to work better. However, how to use the leisure time suitably is not easy. The good using leisure time can considered that is the combining of the right way to use and the adequate time to relax. Since the pressure from working, earning enough money for the accommodation, a sizable percentage of the adolescents assert working too much without taking rest. They always feel that they have to work more and more to adapt the work’s requirement. On the other hand, there are so much the young take so much time to relax and do not want to do anything or have wrong way to take a rest. In fact, thank to the technology, there is so many wonderful attracted media and equipment making our life having more melodies such as: TV, TV 3D, computer, video games… so go to the first to catching up the update, the adolescent which is fascinated, uses so much time (such as 24 hours a day and 7 days a week) to play video games, or to become coach a potatoes. According to the statics in ten recent years, there are more and younger people overweight and be more sick like: having high cholesterol in blood, getting pain in the stomach… than in the past. It is revealed that the adolescent should have to arrange the suitable time to balance working and having entertainment. The young also should join in more productive activities, instead of watching TV or playing video game, for example: have more outside activities (camping, going picnic….), doing yoga, aerobic…, and taking part in a playing instrument course…

Or do they spend too much time watching tv and playing video games, instead of taking part in more productive activities?
Along with the development of society more and more problems are brought to our attention , one of which is how the adolescent spend time to relax. It can be said that relaxing plays an very important role in our busy life nowadays because nothing more comfortable and interesting than after a working hard day we are able to do various thing we like in order to overcome the stress and depression. On the one hand many adolescent have a suitable and balanced between working or studying and taking a rest. Coming home from the workplace they spend their time to do some useful activities make them more healthy such as going to the gym , jogging, yoga.. However there are some people using almost their time in earning money without doing anything to entertain. They have no time to play sports or watching TV even be together with their family. On the other hand , in fact some people use so many time of them for entertainment. Along with the rapid promotion of technology , there are so many thing attracting young people such as TV , computer, games , movies … It takes plenty of hours for them to play a video games , watching movies or chatting on the internet without studying or working.
From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that young people should combine working and taking rest. Having a scientific and suitable arrangement in time will enable us to complete our work with the best result as well as have useful entertaining time.

In this period, the rate of using Mobile phone rocketed markedly in three point five times from nearly 20% to 70%. Although its appearance was two years later than cell phone in that graph, Internet access rate jumped dramatically over in three times at the end of period at approximately 45%.
In ad***ion, there was a slightly rise in percentages of utilizing both CD player and Home computer. Between 1996/1997 and 2002/200, the rate in accessing Home computer closely doubled from under 30% to over 50%. Also improving during this time but less than others is CD player. Its rate was over 40% higher than Mobile phone but this technology product percentage went up slowly from nearly 60% to over 80%.

That graphs illustrated the sharp increasing of four technology items in 7 years ago.
