As a hurry life nowadays, people have less leisure time than they had before. Everybody has each way to spend that time like they want to do that, especially young people – which are the most want to enjoy the life. While some spend time in relaxing such as watching TV and play video games, some take part in productive activities.
Firstly, there are many dynamic young people use their free time to do productive activities such as: doing part time job, participating in some club or forum, playing sport… Some young people as students, pupils say that, in their leisure time, they want to do something useful for their own life or for their communities. For examples, they want to play sports like football, basketball… to improve their health. Some people contain both male and female often go to the gym not only to be healthier but also to have nice bodies. Besides, some people do part time job to have more money for their life and the others come to the club or take part in many forums to travel and also for the social activities. All of them claim that these activities help themselves have more experiences in their life, their career. Moreover, that is not only the way they enjoy the beautiful life but also helpful for their community.
On the other hand, the rest of young people often stay at home to see movies and play video games. To be honest, nowadays, with the development of technologies they create many interesting games and movies. Thus, many people can stay at home all day for movie and game without bored feeling. They consider that is a best way to relax and in ad***ion, they can connect to the world outside. Watching movies perhaps is a way to learn about the world, the other people’s life to have more lessons, experiences. In playing video games especial online games you can talk with your friends or even more get news friends that have lot in common. All of those young people assume that is a very excited way to relax.
In this period of time, people have little leisure time so they appreciate it. Each people have their own way to use it such as staying at home to watch TV or play games and participating in activities which they consider that is productive. From my point of view, everyone has the argument to think that’s a good use and let them enjoy it.

• what kind of food do you like to cook?

Well, I am really intested in cooking. I can prepare so many kind of food but I like to cook noodles most because it is simple and delicious. Especially I am so bussy with my work and I do not have much time while this foods does not waste my time so much.

• Do people in your country like cooking meals for friends in theirs homes or do they prefer going out to eat in restaurants?

In my country peole like cooking meals and inviting friends to theirs places because it is a tra***ional of my country which exist long time ago. This habbit make people feel friendly and close. In some formal case people invite theirs partner or colleague to restaurants in special situation. For example; birthday or talk about bussiness.

• Are people are healthier in your country now than they were in the past?

From my perspective people in my country are not healthier than they were in past because the enviroment is polluted and it effect on the air, the land and the food so it is harmfull for people health. The evidence shows that now a day people are very carefull when they choose foods to serve theirs dishes. they more and more need energy foods and drinks. They even spend more time to do the exercises.

• Do you think fast food will be popular in the future?

Yes. I belive that in the fureture peole will be so bussy with working, they will be in hurry and they might not have time to makethe meals which takes them too much time. At that time fast foods will be a perfect choice.

Part 3: describe a popular dish from your country that you enjoy making.

Well, to be honest I have to say that serving meals for my family is my happiness and I really keen on making crab soup. It is eassy to make, simple to cook and delicous. I prepare it for my family’s meals verry often and most in summer because it is cool and nutritious. The ingredient includes: crushed crab, vegetables, fresh onion, and pices.
Fisrtly filter the crushed crab and take two bowl of water then boil it, secondly chopped vegetables and drop in the boiling water then let it boil in about two minutes. Finally turn off kitchen and finish it by seasoned salt, Monosodium glutamate to taste. Use this dish with rice and fried tofu.

Besides, the health care today is also common and more accessible. So today, human’s health has been greatly improved compared to previous.

Fast food is always very convenient and very tasty, so it is preferred most of the countries of the
world. Fast food has always attracted young people even in office. May be, in the future, these foods will be modified as part of the more attractive, low-fat and will continue to be popular and widespread.

Describe a popular dish from your country that you enjoy making?
I need to start off by pointing out that floating cakes is a tra***ional dish usually made on the feast of Vietnam. In fact, I love to eat floating cake further more this type cake is not too difficult to do so my family usually make this dish at the beginning of the month or at the ancestral death anniversary. Of course I think I’d have to say that Raw materials for this dish including rice flour, sugar and sesame were roasted. Well in truth That is the normal rice flour is mixed with water to form a soft dough, then sugar is placed into the dough, people will squeeze for the cake are round and then bring to boil. The last, boiled cake was presented on a plate then sprinkle a thin layer of sesame. So actually, wheeled floating to show the desire for perfection things of human and it is like the full circle of the sky and ground so that Vietnamese are very love this tra***ional dish.
