    Task 1:
    1) What kind of food do you like to cook?
I am keen on cooking rolls. As you know, I completely choose any material to create my own recipes. Besides, sauce which I phase is quite tasty.
    2) Do people in your country like cooking meals for friends in their homes or they prefer going out to eat in restaurants?
In my country, people usually prefer cooking meals for friends in their homes. I guess the reason is that they want to select materials for cooking themselves. Food will be fresh and match their guest’s taste. On the other hand, eating at home bring warm and friendly air for both hosts and their friends.
    3) Are people healthier in your country now than they were in the past?
No, they aren’t. Well, to be honest, people in my country get lazier and lazier to do exercises. Besides, they eat too much sugar, meat and fast food which are not good for their health.
    4) Do you think fast food will still be popular in the future?
No, I don’t. I believe that people in the future will be wiser to choose food which is good for their health. Fast food may be convenient and quite tasty. However, it has a lot of cholesterols and sault, so people should reduce eating fast food as little as well.

Task 2: Describing a popular dish from your country that you enjoy making
One of the most popular dishes in Vietnam is “Pho”- rice noddle. It is also the dish I like making.
Well, you know, it is quite easy and convenient to making rice noodle. Raw materials are popular, such as bone tube for tasty broth, some meat such as chicken, pork, beef... and condiment vegetable. In ad***ion, the cost of preparing the dish for several people is quite reasonable. Besides, there are many various recipes to choose. These reasons make me enjoy cooking rice noodle so much.
I would rather make rice noddle for my family and friends at the weekend. When having a smoking rice noddle bowl, tasting spicy of pepper and chili, we talk to each other happily and funnily. That is the wonderful moment.
Well you can probably guess the reason making rice noodle popular in Vietnam is that it is easy to cook, full of nutrients and very delicious. Especially, it is the dish of countries, which is simple, rustic and full of sentiment like the residents here.

As society develops, people are attaching much importance to the age at which children are allowed to work for money. While some people believe it is wrong, others regard it as a valuable opportunity to gain experience of the work environment.
    Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;}

Many people oppose the working children, because it is the age children need to learn, play and need the attention, taught by parents and community. When children have to work, they will not have their childhood, knowledge and holistic development; moreover children do not have enough awareness to protect their rights and themselves, so they will be often exploited by employers.

Others say that work will help children to have more experience in their future job, to select jobs which are suitable for their capacity and preference. For poor families, working children also help their parents to earn money, to decrease part of the economic burden.

However, according to the Convention 138 of International Labor Organization, the minimum working age prescribed is not under 15 years old. In many countries, the age of working children are also different, such as: in Korea, Philippines and Vietnam, the minimum working age is 15 years old; nevertheless, that is age 16 in China, Canada and the United States. In ad***ion, there is a existing situation that the large number of children have to work from very young, according to new figures published by the International Labor Organization, there are about 218 million child laborers on over the world and more than half of them is working in dangerous, toxic con***ions; especially, there are children under 10.

I do strongly support the idea that children only have to work when they are old enough to do and they can be a help to their parents with the work which is gentle, no effect on their development.

Today, even children go to work and this especially true in some countries like China and India. They are educated from young age to be independent and responsible for their actions. Recently, this phenomenon has aroused wide concern. Some people are in alarm that it adds a lifetime of valuable experience to a child, which makes them more responsible, while others contend that negative impacts are huge and totally disregard this idea.
A sizable percentage of people take the view that children who involve in a job will be much independent and responsible than those who do not work. Undoubtedly, children have the conscious of earning money seriously by their own effort to cover their education tuition and personal expense. Moreover, as the job's demand, children would certainly be in charge of specific tasks with a proper deadline and outcome. What is also worth noticing is that paid work brings a lot of benefits to children who are intelligent. Specifically speaking, a survey conducted by Time Magazine last year pointed out that at least 75% of the superior executives in the Fortune 500 enterprises had worked at least once during their prime years or their childhood, which proves that the theory must be true. Thanks to the time management or organizing skill, children who work can arrange their time better, digest new knowledge better. In ad***ion, they can learn how to solve problems when they have difficulties, and the way to adjust their behavior in specific situations in real life which helps them not only make friends but also maintain and strengthen their relationships. These relationships may become their comparative advantage for them in all walks of life ahead.
Despite these benefits, some people oppose strongly this trend. One of the primary causes is that a paid work may do harm on children's academic results because the time and the concentration for learning is stolen by the job. It might also be noted that if child starts earning at such a tender age, it might turn them into cold hearted and cynical human beings. They will evaluate everything in the perspective of profit and loss, and start associating money with every service, object. This would pose a very big risk for a child and their parents. There is another factor that deserves some words here .The experience they obtain might not be useful for their future. Like for instance, some paid work such as cleaner or waiter in nightclubs can be dangerous for the reason that children easily access to threatening environment which is full of criminal.
From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that a paid job would certainly benefit children in many aspects. However, children should be advised to choose a suitable job which can do those tiny workers more good than harm. Ad***ionally, adults should pay more attention to their children to make sure that their beloved babies are on the right track of balance between working and learning.

A majority of people hold the opinion that it is wrong. Nevertheless, there are also some people who strongly take the view that children participating in paid work will have valuable opportunities to gain experiences in the work environment. In this essay, the arguments surrounding these issues will be discussed.
It is certainly the case that letting children work for money is necessary. Finding a job helps them to become responsible persons. Children learn how to deal the problems of our grown-up life. Moreover, through variety of working which they have done from country to country, children can enlarge their knowledge about the realities of life as well as gain more experience for their future jobs. In ad***ion, to earn their own money helps them not to become "the slaves" of it.
On the other hand a lot of people believe that children should not work early. First of all, children are not workers and the brief responsibility of children is learning. When children work instead of going to school, they miss out life skills that can improve their quality of life. If they work instead of playing and exercising, their physical development can be adversely affected. Consequently, they do not have any experiences as well as conceptions about working. Since these innocent children are naive and lack of life experiences, they are easily cheated and exploited.
From what has been discussed above, I think the correct attitude is that since all children are the great concern of parent and society, they should balance between working and learning.

Em Linh Lan E51 nộp bài ạ, e post bên kia cứ bị lỗi gì gì đấy nên lại chạy sang đây :D

These days, the wealthy in society often throw away perfectly good products in order to replace them with more up-to-date models.
Do the environmental disadvantages of this development outweigh the economic advantages?

Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that wealthy people are often in the habit of throwing away good products and replacing them by newer versions. Everything has a good side and a bad side, this problem is no exception because of the environmental disadvantages and the economic advantages it can bring.
A sizable percentage of people hold the view that when people throw away some good products and substitute them by other modern versions, their consumption will positively affect the national economy. In general, this trend can be showed most clearly in some sectors such as information technology, telecommunication, fashion industry… The latest generations of laptops, mobile phones are continuously introduced in order to attract consumer’s attention. Therefore, manufacturing and trading will be rapidly pushed and expanded to satisfy the various demands of society. We cannot forget a universal truth that the demands of people are unlimited so this growth will bring an interminable development for the economy.
On the other hand, there are a majority of people take the view that when people fall into the habit of running after modern and fashionable products, they will cause many disadvantages for their living environment. For example, the amount of outdated products increases quickly without correct recycling or destroying measures will become industrial waste and lead to many serious problems for our environment. The manufacturing process of modern products also consumes much more materials and reduces natural resources.
From my own perspective, I do strongly support the idea that the environmental troubles of this development dominate the economic benefits which it can bring to people’s society. The economic advantages sometimes cannot compensate or restore the damages of the environment.
From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that the trend of replacing good products with more up-to-date models will promote the economy development but also influence negatively to the environment. However, if people regulate this trend at a reasonable level in a long term, it can create a balance between economic effects and environment problems. Therefore, it will bring much more long lasting benefits to people.
