The kinds of food that i like to cook usually are not spend lots of time processing such as eggs, vegetables and pork. Fresh fruit and vegetables are the food that good for the body and I usually cook them every day. Sometimes, on my free time, I like to do some special dishes as chicken and fish dishes, these foods often spend lots of time and difficult, but they are very tasty dish.

Yes, they do. In my country, people like cooking meals for friends in their homes or they do prefer going out to eat in restaurants that is one of the characteristics expression intimacy and hospitality of vietnameses. The meals at home and at restaurants will make people closer and more intimate with each other so everyone likes to invite guests to eat at home or eating in restaurants

Are people healthier in your country now than they were in the past ?
Yes, they are. Now, in my country, the health services is already better than before and so everyone's health has improved a lot of than they were in the past. Peoples are advised to take health examinations comprehensive once every six months to detect health problems and other serious diseases is always warnings on public media.

Do you think fast food will still be popular in the fufure ?
Yes, I do. Fast food is not only popular, but it will also develop in the future because the life is increasingly busy and people will spend less time for eating and cooking so fast food will meet requirements of human in the future.


Describe a popular dish from your country that you enjoy making.
In my country, A popular dish that my favorite dish is “NEM”, this is a very tasty food and is a favorite dish of many people.This is a tra***ional dish of vietnameses and many foreign guests already love it. Dishes “NEM” needed a lot of various kinds of materials and spend lots of time so I just do them on special days or when guests arrives to eating with family. For Vietnameses, dishes “NEM” that is a dish indispensable in festivals and is a popular dish and almost women also know how to do it.

Task 1: How salt is removed from sea water to make it drinkable
The diagram shows the various stages in the production of sal concentrate ts from sea water. The process of removing salt from sea water is known as desalination, which helps to create fresh drinking water.

Frist of all, salt water is recovered from sea and taken into pretreatment filter where a part of salt water is gone through the next filter while excess water is gone wash the filter backwash into return to sea. From the next filter , water is forced through membrane at high pressure and excess sea water is concentrated to return to sea. After this stage, the water molecules of membrane are removed all impurities and kept concentration salts water. Then it’s treatment with lime, chlorine and fluoride. Following that, obtainable products of previous stage is stored in storage and integrated water supply system to make it drinkable.
