The table above describles the statistics of society and economy for Canada, Japan, Peru and Zaire in 1994.
It can be seen clearly that there is a big gap of income per person between Canada, Japan and Peru, Zaire. While income per person in Canada, Japan is by turn around 11000 and 15000 USD, its only 160 dollar per person in Peru and 130 in Zaire.
Its also the same to life expectancy between the four countries. The life expectancy in Canada and Japan is around 76-78, 55% higher than life expectancy in Peru and Zaire.
With higher annual income per person, its not surprisingly that Canada and Japan have higher daily calorie supply per person, at by turn 3326 and 2846, than in Peru and Zaire, which is by turn at 1927 and 1749.
The last indicators in the table is adult literacy rate. This rate is the same in both Canada and Japan at 99%. In contrary in Peru and Zaire, the rate is pretty low, 68% in Peru and only 34% in Zaire.
In summary, people in the rich countries such as Canada, Japan which have high annual income per person always have better life expectancy, daily calorie supply and have a higher chance to get more knowledges than the poor ones like Peru and Zaire.

What form do these problems take? Do problems of using mobile phones outweigh the benefits?

Undoubtedly, the mobile phone has taken the place of telephone as an effective telecommunication device, which has been used popularly by the adult, teenager and even children. Although we all cannot deny the enormous benefits of this technology, its drawbacks to social, medical and technical perspectives are also clear and serious.

The first point to note is that mobile phones have detrimental effects on people’s health. We all know the theory that if people use mobile phones for a long time, especially when their mobile phones are being charged, they could be more prone to certain types of cancers. Although the evidence to date is inconclusive, there are many actual examples related to this problem. For instance, Mr. Nguyen Le Anh - a successful businessman - was diagnosed with brain cancer because of using charging phone by doctors at Bach Mai Hospital in Vietnam.

In ad***ion, mobile phones are responsible for a high amount of disruptions, especially in public places, such as libraries, theatres, hospitals and even public transports like trains or aircrafts. Besides the fact that mobile phones cause enormous disturbance to people, it also can influence on technological devices in a negative way. For example, phone waves can disable technological devices at hospital, which is really serious and dangerous.

Despite these facts, the mobile phone is still an indispensable device in modern life. It is now become more and more convenient, with many prominent features such as handheld, lightweight and portable. The fact that it is multi-functioned like allowing people to send text messages, exchange music files and especially, browse Internet make mobile phones become more attractive. Therefore, mobile phones are expected to be more and more convenient and modern for people to use and enjoy.

According to the above analysis, we can observe that the mobile phone has it own problems, but it is indispensable. Therefore, mobile phone should be improved to overcome its drawbacks and become a perfect device for people.
