Subsequently , the cans are shredded and compressed into pieces by a big machine to prepare for next stage . The workers bring them into the furnace that is heated with a high enough temperature . After this , the metal is directly rolled with a thickness of between 2.5mm to 6mm . In the following step , the aluminium cans are ready to be recycled . It has been delivered back to a soft drink factory , for example Fizzo drinks or Jones Can Co. In the final stage , the cans can be sold to the public in here .

Em Huy E59 nộp bài Describe the progress!
The flowchart indicates the recycling progress of aluminium cans. There are 6 steps in this recycling progress. To start with, aluminium cans are colllected distinctly with other wastes. Next, they are clearned, sorted, shredded and compressed by automatic systems of the factory. After the compression, aluminium cans become solid shapes, which are heated under high temperature. Then they are rolled immediately by the machine and become flimsy sheets with 2,5mm-6mm thick depending on purposes of use. These aluminium sheets are transported to companies for recycling. They’re used to produce the new fully done cans, which are sent *****permarket to reuse. This is final step of the recycling progress. When these aluminium cans are already used, they are collected again to start a new recycling process. In UK, 74% of old aluminium cans are collected and participated the recycling progress.

Today, people have too much problem with their life and it may make them under a lot of stress. The purpose of this essay is *****mmarize the source of stress and ways to dealing with it.
Some stressors relate to the difficulties of work. Every job has a risk of stress, from commerce to sport. Every day, some people are under pressure from the boss or the colleagues to compete and be promoted; another people have a job with unexpected salary or not fit with qualification. After long period, their mind will be damage and it is easy for them to be stress.
Another source of stress has a connection with family problems. Every couple always has discrepancy. Topic 29: People think that old buildings should be knocked down and give way to the new buildings. Do you agree or disagree? How important are old buildings to us?

There are some old buildings which available in each city. So, city planners are always confronted with a controversy concerning whether an old building should be deconstructed or maintained. It is extremely a hard problem. In my opinion, it depends on the value of that building.
Firstly, an old building may be a characteristic of city because it is full of tra***ional value and also a symbol of city or country. Some old buildings are also of aesthetic or architectural value. Although they have old architecture, they are extremely inestimable lesson for new architect. So, breaking down old building will damage to cultural heritage, even prevent architects learn about their predecessors. Furthermore old buildings bring great benefit to tourism. They would attract many tourists to visit classical architecture if they are maintained well. It is fair to say that old building of this kind are much more important than any new building and performing more functions than any new building does.
Secondly, about other buildings, they may be a barrier with the developing of city. They are too old, have no specific value and they are becoming dilapidated. They seem to occupy positions of city, even they cause an accident to users or pedestrians. So they have been renovated or not, these buildings blemish the landscape and provide no justification for continued maintenance. Replacing old buildings with new ones meets the renewed needs of the city.
In conclusion, whenever to conserve or bull down a building, city planners should carefully calculate case by case basic before reaching a result. This is actually a hard working.

The diagram indicates various stages of the principle of recycling aluminium cans.

At first, many special recycle bins have been placed in different locations, responsible for collecting cans made by aluminum only. Then, those cans are carried to the plant where four different operations are performed on it in sequence: cleaning, sorting, shredding and compression. The compressed cans, after that, are heated carefully. The next process is to roll them into flat plates ranging from 2.5 to 6 mm in thick normally. Those aluminium plates at last are sent to the recycling factory where they will be used to produce cans for reusing.

According to the statistics, the number of aluminium cans to be used for recycling accounts for roughly 74% of the total amount which has been dismissed in UK.

There is an increasingly growing popular claim that tra***ional costume is now less frequently worn by people. It definitely leads to an obvious result that the culture and ethnicity of their countries will be forgotten. I am one of the few who strongly support this idea and I will give the reasons to prove so in this essay.

First and foremost, wearing tra***ional costumes reminds people of many distinct characteristics of their culture. Tra***ional costume is quintessence of the knowledge, the art, skills, and even the technology of ancients. The way people perceive their tra***ional costumes shows the extent to which they are willing to respect and retain their cultural heritage. In Vietnam, for example, female office workers and students are generally required to wear Ao Dai, a tra***ional dress, as a daily uniform. Ao Dai is giving not only ladies who wear it but also others a sense of Vietnamese pride and ethnic identity.
Moreover, tra***ional costume has been becoming more and more important because of their presence in many social settings. Tra***ional costumes are required on many occasions, either formal or informal. We can basically divide them into two kinds: one for everyday occasions, the other for festivals and formal wear. Tra***ional dresses in most cases differ in styles and vary according to circumstances. Both have cultural meanings. A good case in point would be the APEC 2006 summit in Hanoi. All of world leaders who attended in this Conference were required to wear Ao Dai, the tra***ional costume and the symbol of the host country.

Admittedly, it could be said that people should wear tra***ional costumes all the time. We wear clothing in general for functional reasons and tra***ional costumes might not suit every circumstance. For example, exercise clothes are needed when people participate in physical exercise and play sports. However, in fact, Governments in many countries only require tra***ional costumes for working hours as well as several days per week. Local people freely choose suitable clothes in each event.
In conclusion, the costume is a distinctive style of dress of a particular people in a particular country. Failing to maintain the unique characteristics of tra***ional costume of a country will surely cause destruction on the integrity of a culture./.

Topic 37: What are the factors that cause stress and how to cope with stress?
We have known that stress is a term of that refers to the sum of the physical, mental and emotional strains or tensions on a people. In fact, life today is filled with sources of stress and it can appear during of each people. Especially, nowadays with globalization there are many pressures influence to our. The objective of this essay is to outline both the sources of stress and appropriate ways of dealing with it.
The causes of stress may include any event or situation that a person considers a threat to his or her life. A certain amount of stress is a normal part of life; it represents a person’s response to inevitable changes in his or her physical or social environment. Moreover, positive events can generate stress as well as negative events. Graduating from college, for example, is accompanied by stress related to employment, financial worries or caring for an elderly parent or possible geographical relocation and the stress of saying goodbye to friends and family, as well as feeling of positive accomplishment.
Modern life is also stressful because changes in various areas of life have increased the number of acute and chronic stressors in most people’s lives at the same time that they have weakened certain buffers or protections against stress.
Methods to cope with stress are many, but the most effective ways that people should learn to block out worries and try to keep the effect of challenge in life to a minimum. Beside there they should also join a relaxation techniques, anxiety reduction techniques like breathing exercises, yoga and other physical exercise programs that improve the body’s relaxation response.
As suggested above, around in the people’s life there are many factors arise to cause pressure which they are influenced by those. So they have to adopting a healthy life and approaches relaxation all which will help them relieve stress.

Writing task 2 – Topic 32: Do you think a museum is to educate or entertain people?ffice:office" /><FONT face=[/IMG]Along with the development of the society, more and more problems are brought to out attention, one of wich is that a museum is to educate or entertain people. Museums have long been known as centres of research and education. By acquiring, conserving, researching and exhibiting a great variety of tangible items (such as artefacts and specimens),museums are of great educational value. However, in recent years, there are also some people who strongly advocate the view that museums are intended for entertainment as well. After careful consideration of the above reasons, I, personally, stand on the other side of the advocates.
On the one side, there are numerous reasons why I hold this opinion, and I would explore a few of the most important ones here. The first reason that can be seen by every person is that museums impart knowledge to visitors through different means. One is collecting and displaying objects of scientific, artistic or historical importance at a specific site. Viewing these items enables visitors to acquire knowledge of a given subject, such as history, art, environment and technology. For example, when people visited the National History Museums, they will better understand the history of their nation. The second thing that must be taken into consideration is that a museum is distinct from any operator in the entertainment industry in some other aspects. First of all, museums are entirely not-for-profit. Although sometimes charging an admission fee, a museum very often has free entrance, and does not engage in any profit-making activity. It does not target any specific audience like an entertainment business does.
On the other side, along with the development of the society, to be able to better maintain the activities of the museum, a noteworthy development of museums in recent years is related to entertainment to some extent. Similar to other educational institutions, museums have to balance budget. Many museums have therefore sought to operate more activities to attract more visitors, in order for an ad***ional entry fee to cover costs. In ad***ion to the tra***ional services, such as making collected objects available for public viewing, and organising lectures, a museum is interested in such entertainments as films, musical or dance performances, most of which are linked to the culture of its host region. Art museums, for example, bear a close resemblanceto art galleries, in exhibiting a wide range of artworks. Museums falling in this category give visitors pleasure, and can be taken as a provider of both knowledge and entertainment.
From what has been discussed above, beside some museum are now providing services in overtly entertainment nature, it seems still to remain museums with its inherent meaning is education only.
