The graph illustrates the outcome of a survey carried out by personal department at a large enterprise. The bar chart compares many factors influencing the work productivity between two groups of works: people aged from 18-30 and those aged from 45-60.
It can be clearly seen form the chart that factors can be categorized into 2 classes, namely external and internal causes. Regarding internal effects, the proportions of team spirit and job satisfaction are relatively equal in two aged grouds, contributing about 70 % and 50% respectively. Turning to the impact of job security on younger people far exceeded the older about two times, stood at 44%. However, in the case of respect from colleagues, it affected the people from 45-60 more than those from 18-30.
As for external cause, opportunity for individual development, releaxed working envirronment and promotion propects were the fields affect the yongster more than the elderly. The hidhtest rate is chance for personal development, stood at appoximatly 95% . Turning to there other factors named competent boss, work enviroment and money similarly influenced these two age groups
To conclude, it can inferred from the graph the impact of factors on work performance on people from 18-30 exceeded that on those from 45-60 years-old.

The table shows the weekly rents and annual salaries required in three particular places in London . Taking a quick glance at the graph , we can see the correlation between the number of beds per apartment and the amount of money needed for rent.
Regarding Notting Hill. The quantity of money for hiring a one bed apartment per week was 375 pounds and the annual income needed was approximately 98500 pounds . Turning to 2 bed hflat and 3 bed flat, annual salaries stood ar 127500 pounds and 194000 pounds respectively to afford accommodation.
In the case of Regent’s Park, it cost the guest 325 pounds and 450 pounds for hiring one bed apartment and two bed apartment per week . Comparing with the figures of Fulham , the cost was totally cheaper . In Fulham , weekly rental charges were about 390 and 600 for two bed flat and three bed flat respectively . Similar trend was found in the field of income . the maximum amount of wage required in Fulham stood at 157000 pounds for three bed apartment .
It can be clearly seen from the graph that the price of hiring accommodation in Notting Hill exceeded that of Regent’s Park and Fulham

Thanks to improvements of living standard, human has many opportunities to enjoy life in the best ways. This makes an rising on transnational travel. Some people think that this trend helps people learn more about different cultures of differents countries. However others claim that increasing travel brings about increasing conflicts. In my opinion, I am in favour the first idea.

While it might be argued that because of different religions, travelling can lead to cultural misunderstanding and negative attitudes among people, the truth is that it gives some long-term benefits to economy. Tourism is motivated by almost the governments because it is a profitable industry which brings considerably high income . Ad***ion to that, most entrepreneurs could widen their market globally, produce not only domestic commo***ies but also export goods to meet the demand of all the custumers.

Moreover, one of the advantages of travel is that it broadens in mind or in individual’s life experiences. The exposure to a foreign country allows you to reassess your way of thinking. For examples, beforetime, Arabian used to consider Westerner as their foes. However, nowadays the prejudice is just scant. Through discovering more about the other cultures and being treated with the hospitable of the local people, visitors might repel all the hostility.

In conclusion, it would be beneficial to travel to other countries. Not only would this help the economy to be more developed but it would also improve the human relationships.

Nowadays, space research has drawn a lot of attention of many people in the society, especially the scientists. There are those who say that it is a waste of time and money to explore space, instead of that, the money should be spent on enriching the quality of living standards for human. However, I believe that it deserve to be invested that much money.

Critics may say that there are still many serious problems on Earth need to be solved as the priority such as overpopulation and poverty in some African countries. However, space researching is becoming more and more important because the earth does not have enough natural resources support all people. There is a limited amount of petroleum, iron, silver and other metals. Therefore, exploring the moon or other planets is extremely necessary in order to find new mineral resources.
Besides, the most important benefit is technology. The simple fact is that every new step we make in space exploration advances our knowledge of not just the universe but the new height human innovation and technology can achieve. These advances are found in our food, our building materials, medical procedures and the vehicles we drive. Furthermore, there would be more accurate forecasts if we use satellites to monitor the pressure of wind and temperature.

In conclusion, space exploration is actually an investment that improves the quality of our lives. Not only would this give human advanced technology, but it would also help to find out new resource.

The map illustrates two probable areas for the supermarket which is planned for the town of Garlsdon. Garlson has the population of 6500 residents, adjacent to Hindon in North West, Bransdon in South West and Cransdon in South East.
A small amount of space of Garldon is used for housing estate at the north end and South end of the town. Regarding the possible site number 2, it will locate in the center of the town; surrounded by industrial area. There is a railway run across the shopping mall as well as the whole Garlsdon from North West to South East.In the South of town, there is a main road to connect Garlsdon, has population of 29000, and Brarlson, has population of 15000.
In the case of possible site number 1, it will be constructed in the surburban area of town in the North West. It will not far away from the railway to transport people and goods from Garlsdon to Hindon.
It can be inferred from the map that probable site 2 will be more highly appreciated than site 1 because it will be near the residential and industrial areas as well as it will be built in the center of town

Thanks to the steady growth of global economy as well as the improvement of people's living standards , it is fairly straightforward for people to travel a long distance and experience new cultures . In this day and age, the issueof whether travelling raises the conflicts between nations has aroused public discussion . This is a controversial problem, but from my point of view, I believe that travelling brings about quite a few benefits to human civilization.
Granted it is true that , many travellers may repel the local communities by their bad habits and sewage disposal. Nontheless, it is more important to remember that tourism provides jobs, tremendous source of income to local residents as well as cements the relationships between nations . To illustrate this point, I would like to mention the case of Nha Trang , a famous landmark of Khanh Hoa province . Many international conferences and beauty contests have been held there thanks to the its tropical climate and spectacular landscape . Hence , it helps government introduce Vietnam to the world
Another point I would like to mention is that the growth of economy and trading between nations foster the understanding among different customs and tra***ions . A concrete example of this is Arab , which is used to be Western Union' foes . Therfore , they are becoming allies and cemented in relationship these days
Last but not least , it goes without saying that the more you travel, the wiser you are . For example , many Vietnamese students study abroad for higher education . The external citizens show their hospitality and establish the strong ties in relationship with oversea learners . As a result, after coming back home as an administrator , they co-operate and collabrate in many fields of life . This leads to the boost of national economy and international diplomacy .
After discussing all the points above, I can finally conclude that travelling triggers the understanding between countries and well-being of citizens . Travelling is far from causing tension between nations . This trend is predicted to be continuous in the future.

Thanks to the advance in human civilization, governments have spent an enormous budget on space exploration.A sizeable percentage of people claim that money should be paid for upgrading facilities and infrastructure on our planet . From my own perspective, I would like to express my contradiction to this statement for various resons I will list below
Admittedly, it might be argued that authorities sponsor many money-cosuming projects of constructing satellite and base station . However, the truth is that these plans contribute a great deal in finding more rare materials such as titanium, gold and silver . After centuries of overusing energy resources, human is now facing the scarcity of power resources, namely coal , gas and petrol.Regarding these depleted merits, they can be abound in some planets that close to the Earth . Therefore, outer resources will reduce the pressure on sciencetists to explore renewable resources on the Earth.
It is also important for people to realize that , due to the alarming rate of global population growth, human race is running ot space for residential areas .The new mission is to discover a new place which is capable for resettlement and tremendous sewage disposal . A concrete example for that is Mars which is commonly believed our backup . Mars orbitting around the Sun and has a close resemblance to the Earth . Hence, we can build up infrastructure for electricity supplies as well as make Mars become our living environment .
Last but not least, the last decade witnessed a lot of environment threats, namel flood and drough . We have to cope with the shortage of place for experiments, which can be tackled by carrying out in outer space .To illustrate this point , I would like to mention lots of laboratories in satellite resimulate the surrounding environment to spawn a new generation of extinct animals . As a result , it help us balance the ecological system.
*****m up , for the sake of ascertaining new living environment and essential minerals, we should spend even more money on space exploration ,. Researching outer space is not only vital for survival and sustainability of human life but also an interesting challenge .

It is immediately apperent from the chart, these factors are divided into two main kinds. The first is internal factors including team spirit, change for personal development, promotion prospects, job satisfaction and money. The second is external factors including these others. In terms of internal factor, job satisfaction and money play a vital role to both age groups with nearly 50% and 70%, respectively. In constrast, there is a big different between two groups in change for personal development and and promotion prospect, the younger groups are quite more in favour with 80% to 90% while just a half of these percentages of the older group thought so.
With regards to external factors, team spirit and competent boss are two of the most essential factors contributing to every worker’s performance and work environment is the least one. However, turning to relaxed working enviroment and job security, the aged 18-30 have more concern than the aged 45-60.

Because of large budget providing to it, the merit of space program is a controversy issue Many people believe that this government funding instead of investing in space research should be use to deal with living standard of ordinary people on Earth. However, one should have a boarder view when evaluating the promising space adventures.

The first reason to discover the space is to find out more valuable resources for the sustainability of Earth. With the development of many industrial zones, almost scare resources including gold, silver are now severed and force human to seek for replacement in other planets. For example, metal is in the scant con***ion on Earth, can be abound in Mars.

Meanwhile, space research activities now are trying to find a new place for human’s re – settlement. With the high growth rate of population, it is difficult for the Earth *****pport. The larger number of people, the more amount of water need. Furthermore, the environment issues consist of air pollution, sewage disposal are seemed to be unmanageable. There are many stars orbiting around Earth in the universe, so it is easier for people to relocate in a new suitable place. Mars, for instance, can be a potential house for people.

In ad***ion to giving support for new generation, space projects also have other implications. It can give scientists more better opportunities to do research in many fields, such as agriculture. Moreover, conducting space programs helps people to deal with ozone holes, reducing a number of rain forests.

The rapid increase in international tourism has raised a controlversy issue about the negative effects of traveling on the stressful relationship of two individual nations. However, people can see the contribution of tourism to the peace of the world.

The first reason why traveling would never increase the hostility between two countries is that local people and visitors are beneficials. Entrepreneurs not only care about domestic market but also want to enter a new foreign market. Having tours in new countries helps people to know more about its culture in order to win competitors in international market. Regarding to local ones, they try to provide foreign visitors the excellent services in exchange of their trust. Both of two sides will see the benefit that traveling can bring to them.

Furthermore, traveling also have other positive effects on the relationship between two nations. The differences between culture, regions and beliefs can strengthen the discrepancy of visitors and local people. However, overtime, through traveling people will increase their knowledge about other countries in order to cooperate well with their partners. Arabian used to consider westerner their foes. With the passing of the time, they now have some same ideas with their western enemies.

One that can not be deny is that at the very first coming to a country, many visitors repel the local community with the lack knowledge about it. However, by traveling, this unintentional problem can be improved with the increase in cultural background of visitors.

All in all, traveling can not be traced for the tension between two nations but takes an important role in raising higher awareness and understanding about new different cultures

It can be clearly seen that people living in Notting Hill have to pay more money for leasing, compare to the two other regions ( prices are 275, 485, 738 pound per week for 1, 2 and 3 bed in turn ). As a result, income need to compensate the fee certainly highest in the listed areas ( annual esstial income 194,000 pound against 170,500 and 157,500). Comes next is Regent’s Park where cost was slightly lower than Notting Hill. For example, it takes a person 450 pound for leasing in compare with 485 pound. In three field above, they might need less money to live in Fulham because of cheaper renting. For instance, a person must get 56,500 pound annual income to give 215 pound for property rent.

In conclusion, people tend to need higher level of income to live in where involve high spending.

Foreigners travel to other countries can enable people to learn so many cultures more than make the mistake or hostility between visitors and locals.

Firstly, when the visitors arrival to another country, they bring the change for industry of international travel in this place. Foreigners can understand and discover cultural values and religious belief of locals who can increase their income. However, it must have a exchange that the visitors should learn the culture of a country so that they can closer with people in there. In turn, locals should show their goodwill and hospitality to foreigners.

Secondly, increasing transnational travel can make people understand each other. For example, countries in middle east have see westerners as their enemies. Now they know and make relations with their western allies in many fields. However, some resorts and foreign visitors repel the locals when they come, but it's just a minority people and the cause is they don't have knowledge of them. This situation can be improved by the time when visitors travel to different countries and increase their knowledge of local culture and religious belief.

Overall, the dramatic increase is traveling foreign in recent years can push the relationship and understanding between visitors and local people or between two countries.

Discovering space is one of most beauty dream of human that have been did in this century. Space research make government spend a lot of money each year. So does it waste this money? May be the government should use for social and improve living standard on Earth, but it is not. Space research can bring more benefits in someday.

The first thing we should consider this research is our planet will be faced about deficient resources, therefore it can be tackled by discovering resources on other planets. Rare metals such as gold, silver, diamond or uranium are depleted on the Earth while human must use them in so many fields, but it might abound on another planets. Therefore, developing space research is the best choice to resolve this situation.

In ad***ion, population increase every day on our planet must be support. Although government of countries have different ways to resolve such as: new urban development, infrastructures has been upgraded, life of man's increasing. However, all solutions just can solve a short time; thus, finding a new planet that human can live there is a possible plan. There are a billions of billions of planets in the universe, at least one of them might be a new our home.

Furthermore, discovering space is a great desire of human to discover the mysteries of the universe. It provides a new platform for scientists to improve the quality of human life.

In general, we can trust that space research can bring more benefits for human in the future.
