Nowaday, many kind of arts have attracked more consideration of various classes in society. There is a idea that public service and facilities need to be fincanced by the government, but not be the arts. In this essay, I will explore both sides of the pressing issue.

Firstly, public service and facilities content big social benefits, which offer usefulness for communities. Water supply system and environment protection activities meet human basic and essential needs, especially, in moutain areas having unconvinent transport, those inhabitans still lives in lack of drinking water. Preventing forest from human ruins can help avoid and reduce negative effects of climate changes like flood, drought and storms, so that agricultural productivity can be increased significantly. If there was no public services and facilities, the poor people would have a lot of disadvantages because of lacking money to spend on necessary things to living.

Secondly, economic profits have been provided to individuals as well as nations. Internet, telecomunication, transportation systems and frustuations , generally, are aided by the government that motivate the national economy grows. For example, internet, people can easily contact by email to other without geography distance stucks, access huge information sources to serve their works, and make con***ion to electric commerce.

Arts have play an importan role in any society as they bring tangible and intagible values like cultures and beauty, but it is wrong if the government spends large sums of money on art as a society can not develop without financial supports. However, the arts also is a human need that why government should support to and make them available to everyone.

In conclusion, people in modern life have more needs than only basic things like housing or medical care, and arts fulfill soul life. That reason why arts still exist and develop over generations, and should be aided by government, but public services and facilities have to be the first priority.

The choice of the ideal partner is of the utmost importance. Every body has his or her own lover. For me, my ideal partner is an intelligent, faithful, an understands and sympathize.
First, I want to be that my boyfriend is smart. The more society is developed the more intelligent is required. A smart person would know how to approach and adapt quickly to advances in science and technology. From there they will have a good job, fit and able to secure for the family economically, as we have said, "Men make house, women make home". Furthermore, a smart person would have to be treated well, caring for others and respected by everyone.
Besides, faithful is also a vital factor. In our society, everyone has so many complex relationships, as well as the temptations, so, if not infidelity, not faith, then easily lead to misunderstanding and undesired outcomes.
Because my family situation is quite special and I'm introverted, so I hope my ideal match is someone who understand and sympathize. The deeper our mutural understanding becomes the more feel closely attrached to each other, “Birds of a feather flock together”. So we can share joy and sadness in life, as well as the difficulties encountered in work, in social relationships. He would make me feel comfortable and being in love.
Nobody is perfect, and to find an ideal partner is not easy, with people, he must be rich, or have a position ... but I'm intelligent, faithful, understanding and knowing sympathy is enough.

Life would be colorless without love. People imagine their ideal partner many time, that the one they believed would bring them happiness or a perfect person… Of course, I have my ideal lover and it is sweetly to think about her.
I think the most important thing of a girl is her trait. Absolutely, the character of my ideal partner is fitting with mine. I like kind of people that have dream, but not too dreamy. My lover is very warm-heart and effusive. She will be a funny girl who makes me laugh all day. The last point is that she doesn’t claim too much.
Surely, my ideal lover is beautiful. All the guys like beautiful girls, so do I. i can spend all day to do nothing, just looking at her. If your girlfriend is pretty, you won’t waste time to looking at many girl in the street, that good. Her beautiful voice make you feel more comfortable or less furious when she angry with you.
The job of my partner is important too. Her job is in the field that I’m interested in. this point sound like not well-founded idea, but I like to see the other working, it make me feel more elate to go with my work. People know other’s work well could be more easy to pay compassion to each other.
Actually, I know that almost people fall in love with someone not like their imagine partner. But that isn’t a problem, that fact could make people love each other more than they expect and that why love is so marvellous.

International aid nowadays is a common way to show the cooperation all over the world. The rich countries used to provide funds or machines to underdeveloped ones, known as recipient countries, to help them recover after major disturbances. However, some people not truly believe in the effectiveness of using aid funds of recipient nations. This notion should be rejected as one can see many facts in favour of this moral trend.

Humanitarian aid is moral global responsibility which every country has to give a hand *****pport each other in order to maintain the sustainability of the Earth. The international relief always provided to poor countries or those who had suffered from nature disasters (such as tsunami, drought, flood) and from other political conflicts. The humanitarian relief can help those nations stand up and local inhabitants rebuild quickly their homeland.

Undeniably, international relief provided to countries in need can opens up the peace in the world. The hostility between two nations can be traced to the discrepancy in culture, religious beliefs as well as the disparity between them. With this provision of fund, both countries can have opportunities to understand deeply about their partner in terms of cultures, customs. Thus, the tension between them can be eased.

Occasionally, the aiding funds can be misused in recipient countries but this downside could not overshadow its benefits. This misspending usually bases on the low infrastructure as well as the bureaucracy of the recipient nations. Nevertheless, it can raise the awareness of globe and put those countries under pressure to tight up the regulation in order to using those fund effectively and efficiently.

From the above analysis, one can clearly see the benefit that humanitarian aid can give to both receiver and receiving countries. Not only is an urgent support to help recipient nations successfully heal their rift but it also increases the collaboration all over the world.

It goes without saying that art plays an important role in modern life. It referring to films, music and pictures helps people relax and survive in the very stressful workplace. However, it is suggested that the foremost concern of government spending is providing to public projects rather than to the arts. This ideal notion should be strengthen as one can see many facts in favour of the development of public facilities.

The first reason why the governments should provide high budgets for public sectors is to maintain and develop the infrastructure of theirs city. Public projects consisting of building offices, cinemas, libraries, theme parks can offer local people chances to open up their living standard. Of equal importance is the public Internet connection. The age of computers and internet with the adequate facilities provided by the government can supply its residents a quickly way to obtain knowledge and news all over the world.

In ad***ion *****pporting local inhabitants, public facilities can bring many economic benefits to their cities. For instance, the integrated transport network including streets, railways, trucks, bus can make the local trading of commo***ies and information to be more effective and efficient. Moreover, public facilities which is the most valuable part of one city’s infrastructure would be examined carefully by an entrepreneur to decide whether or not invest in this city.

Regarding to arts, it is clearly seen that arts usually receives the interest of private sectors rather than public ones. Money that businessmen buy a piece of arts will be used to earn a bigger money in the near future. Meanwhile, the development of arts does not need money *****rvive as arts will be handed down from generations to generations. Thus, arts has a sentimental value to human that can be eternal heritage without government spending.

As suggested above, one can observe that one of the most priorities of the government spending should be on public facilities in order to provide its local communities better lives as well as bring economic benefits to this city. In contrast, businesses can have a stake in art fields to develop and preservation them.

2.1

Basic human rights nowadays includes the right to access to health care services and education with a reasonable cost. However, some people believe that the government should bear all relating expen***ures arising from its inhabitants. This notion should be revised as both the government and the citizens need to have equal responsibility in paying those expenses.

Firstly, the education costs should be cover by the government spending as this ideal issue can bring lots of benefits not only to individual families but also to the whole society. Many poor families can not afford the formidable tuition fees charged by a tertiary institution or an university. The lack of knowledge in the knowledge-based society will impair one’s employability and put he or see in a disadvantage position. If the government provides those tuition costs for aspiring students, they can contribute to the country with the bigger sum of money.

In terms of health care services, it is necessary for the government to pay for its citizens, especially for saving life services. The government should spend money on urgent treatment, so the patients can immediately received suitable health care services. Moreover, expensive health care costs are unaffordable to poor families. It is, therefore, undeniable that the government need to have budget to fulfill the basic rights of its citizens.

Nevertheless, one can clearly see that this huge cost should be split to the government and the citizen because of some following reasons. The first one is bearing all those cost can burden the budget of this country. Furthermore, individuals, known as tax payers, will have to financing more money to run the free health care systems which usually spend on luxury treatments for people having poor living habits (smoking, inactive lives).

According to the above analysis, one can observe that the citizen should be benefit from the health care services and education whether those relating costs are provided by the government or jointly paid by the government and its local people.

Those visuals showed the information about a experimental vaccine used for a influenza epidemic in a large town.

The first figure gave the comparisons between male and female patients in two periods. There was no male died because of flu from March to May 1996 while this flu was responsible for the deaths of 2 female in the same period. Over the period of June to August, the number of died male patients was increased to 1 person but for females, there had a remarkable growth to a doubled number of deaths.

In figure 2, those pie charts indicated the proportions of each female recipient groups which were at risks with the flu. The highest proportion up to 35% belonged to the old women ( over 65 years old). Babies and children also were at risk with the statistics were 24% and 13% respectively. There were 28% of female people were not given the vaccine. There were 28% of female people were not given the vaccine.

The information stated in the line graph was the comparison of flu rates for males and females. Over the period of March to June, there was a climb in those rates and reached a peak of 3500 people for females and nearly 3000 ones for males. However, the number of cases dropped slowly after and from September to December, the flu rates in both genders were stable (between 2000 and 3000 cases)

From the above analysis, one could see that females were at higher risks than males and should be more careful in terms of their health

The table revealed the information of sale revenue in a week of October from 7th to 13th at a small restaurant in a downtown business area.

At the lunch time, the main trend for sale income was increase, reached a peak of 2595 $ on Wednesday. However, the income from lunch meals was dramatically dropped over the weekend (from 2500$ on Friday to 1550$ on Sunday)

Regarding to dinner, the revenue was much more higher than this one for lunch time, moving around 3500$ per day ( about 1500$ higher than revenue at lunch). There was a huge amount of money earned on Tuesday and Friday ( 3850$ and 4350 respectively). Nevertheless, the sales were dipped down at the weekend, standing at 2450$ on Sunday night).

From the above information, one can observe that this restaurant has high sales throw the weekday at lunch and dinner time suitable with the office working hours as it located in a business center area.

2.3.

The visuals revealed the information about eating trends of families over 3 decades.

The information stated in those pie charts was the percentage of food budget the average family spent on eating out. In 1970, almost the family budget (90%) was used to buy food and cook at home. Thus, only 10% of this budget spent on eating out. But over 2 decades, this proportion was rocketed to 35% on 1990. The last 10 years, the spending on restaurant meals and home cooking were equally reach 50% each.

While the proportion of money families spent on restaurant meals increased, the places where they ate also changed. In 1970, an equal number of meals (20 meals per year) were eaten at fast-food restaurant and sit-down restaurant. Over two decades from 1970 to 1990, there was a similarity in upward trend of the number of fast food meals and sit down meals. However, in the last decade, more and more people spent on fast food restaurants rather than the sit down ones (nearly 90 meals each year)

From the above analysis, there were an significant increase in money people spent on eating out. Meanwhile, in the quick industrial society, more and more people loved the convenient meals that fast food restaurants could offer them.

Some people think the government should pay for health care and education, but there is no agreement about whether it’s the government’s responsibility. What is your opinion?
In this day and age, health care and education are two of the most important problem with respect to each country. There are those who claim that the tuition fees and treat meant fees should be paid by the government, while others maintain that these reponsibilities belong to individuals. In this essay, I shall explore both sides of this pressing issue.
To begin with, there is no doubt that the idea which pupils and students should pay their course fees has some benefits. Firstly, pupils and students seem be more motivated because the money they spent for education is not a small expen***ure, especially in higher degree like university. For instance, there is a lot of students who must get a bank loan to learn in university so they certainly try their best. As a result, the goal and quality of education could be more efficient. Secondly, students may be come mature when they earn money for their studies. To be more specific, thanks to the part-time job, students experience many realistic lessons. Consequently, after graduating, it is easier for them to find a job.
On the other hand, there are also those who argue that it is better of the government to take responsibilities. With regard to health care problem, the authorities paying give more opportunities for people cure their diseases, even *****rvive. The case of my friend is a good example, being a brilliant engineer, unfortunately he got terrible accident so need an expensive operation. If he had not received an aid from hospital, his family would have not enough financial ability, thus the government has not lost a talent being necessary for country. While it maybe argued that health care responsibility is a huge burden for national’s budget, we also bear in mind that wealth is nothing without health. Obviously, the country having average good health citizen would have a quality human resources.
In summary, there are many good reasons both for the government and individuals pay the fees of education and health care. However, I feel strongly that if we want to create living standard con***ions and guarantee the minimum human right for people, we need the government’s aid.
2.x. Some people believe that the lives of people from their childern’s generation will be better than their own. Other believe their lives will be worse. Discuss both of views and give your opinion.
In this day and age, the future of childern’s generation is one of the most important issue with respect to parents. There are those who claim that the lives of their children will be worse than their, while others are more optimistic. In this essay, I shall explore both sides of this pressing problem.
There is no doubt that people are nowadays encountering with many disastrous problems. The pessimists most often point to war *****pport their argument, for instance, yet it seems that we can not stop fighting wars that kill untold thousands of people every year. To be more specific, as our economies develop, we use up more of world’s finite resources. Therefore, many power struggles going on today are a direct or indirect of the need for resources. Moreover, our societies and families have become less cohesive as people fight to cope up with challenges of life.
On the other hand, there are also those who are more optimistic point out that many problems that existed in the past have been tackled or reduced. They are interest in medicine which has provides cure for many diseases that have killed numerous people only a few generations ago. Although there is a fact that the development of new technology might make people isolate, but we also bear in mind that it is easy and quick to search of an enormous amount of information in the internet to serve for study or entertainment. In ad***ion, we can connect to people at anytime in anywhere which is a dream in the past.

FASTFOOD VS SIT DOWN RESTAURANT
The charts illustrate how much money the average family spent on restaurant meals in the thirty-year period from 1970 to 2000, and the number of meals consume in fast food and sit-down restaurants is provided by the line graph.

It can be clearly seen in the pie charts that budget spent on restaurants meals increased gradually over the time period between 1970 and 2000, and funding in 2000 as five times as in 1970 which went up from 10 per cent to 50 per cent. Contrast to restaurant meals, families reduce their money for home cooking , and dropped considerably by 40 per cent in the same period.

The line chart shows the upward trend of the number of the fast food meals consumed contrary to the downward tren of sit-down restauran meals. We can see that in the 1970, fast food meals were used as many as sit down restaurant meals, which was about 20 meals. However, in the last decade, fast food meals increased rapidly to over 80 meals, while sit down restaurant meals decreased steadily to just over 50 meals.

Also, in this report there were comparisons between fast food meals and sit-down restaurant ones. From the starting point, in 1970, the number of restaurant and sit-down meals was 20, but there was a small change in 1980: sit-down meals were a bit higher than restaurant meals around 30 meals per year, then the number of restaurant meals reached the peak more than 80 in 2000 while the sit-down meals leveled off .

The figure 1 compares the number of female deaths and male ones in two periods: March to May and June to August in 1996. It can be clearly seen that in the first period, the number of female deaths is twice higher than the number of male ones, but the second period is a big surprise, when every 4 female deaths, there is only one males. Because of those serious numbers, females received new vaccines treatments from the country town. As it is shown in the pie chart, the percentage receiving vaccine treatment is 35 % - largest proportion compared to not given the vaccine or hospitalized or otherwise received medical treatments. Logically, 35% is mostly females aged over 65, therefore, women getting older are at risk of flu death rather than men. It can be seen that the price for lunch is less than for dinner during the week, for example, at the beginning of the week, Monday, the dinner price is $3,623 while the lunch price is $2,400. In the middle of the week, Thursday, lunch is $2,500 while dinner is $3,800. On weekends, lunch is $1,550 and dinner is $2,450, therefore, the sales for lunch is less than for dinner. A comparison between the price for lunch Wednesday is $2,595 while Monday is $2,400, Thursday is $2,375 while Sunday is only $1,550. Those comparisons prove that people pay more for lunch in the middle of the week and less on weekends. Similarity to dinner, the sales for dinner on Wednesday $3,445 and Thursday $3,800 are much higher than the sales on Monday$3,623 and Sunday $2,450.

Because my family is a typical family in Viet Nam, my mother has almost characteristics of a tra***ional woman.

She is very kind and good-natured. She sacrificed herself for family too much *****pport all the members in family. Therefore, I always hold a strong admiration to her. I hope that my ideal partner will look like my mother. I’m lucky enough because I have a good mother and my ideal partner will become like her. Certainly, it is better if she is a little good looking, gentle, and educated.

However, the most important thing is that she loves me and can emphasize as well as share with me every happiness and sadness in life.
