She not only teaches the lesson to them but also be an engineer of the soul. She makes her students believe that they can. She must have patience and persistence to listen and answer their questions. She should be impartial and treat with all students alike. She should love and respect her students. In other words, an ideal teacher is a student’s friends, philosopher and guide.That’s my ideal teacher, how about yours?[/FONT]

In my opinion, an ideal teacher should have 3 important qualities: creative, humorous and informative.

The ideal teacher can be creative in different ways. She has many specific instances about the lesson. This helps her students to be creative to solve the problem and they can learn creativity from her.

The ideal teacher should be humorous. Her students have no studying pressure and the lesson will more interesting.

She must be informative to answer all her students'question. So she always update new knowledge.

Of all the above argument, the ideal teacher should be creative, humorous and informative.

In the past and present, everyone has many comments about the qualities of the teacher. Anyone said that a teacher who had to knowleged, good looking and good communication. Another said that a teacher had to not only hard working, dedicated with his job but also concern to his studens and so on. According me, I think that the qualities of a teacher are knowleged, humor and good comunication.
If a teacher has knowleged, he will have enough confidence, bravery and profession to teach his student. In add to, he can expand his lesson richly and diversely. That help students who can understand their subjects more deeply and more realy.
The good comunication quality of the teacher is also very important. he can speak well and is not shame when he stand in front of his students. Simutaneuosly, he can analysis any issue more clearly and smooth.
In the present, issue, make excitement to student in class, is also very important. if the teacher has humor, he can make his student not sleepy, not boring. And when they feel love subjects, hard study.
Effects of teaching or education student depend on many factors.one is qualities of the teacher. Knowgede, humor, good comuniction are not cover all of the good qualities of the teacher. But They are also enough for a teacher in the profesional education.
