In economics, inflation is the increase over time of economy ‘s the general price level. In an economy, inflation is the loss of market price or the decrease of purchasing power of money. Inflation is mentioned in media, press regularly. Inflation is one of the four most important elements of every national. And, inflation is usually researched in three major aspects: status, cause and solution.
First, inflation status in Viet Nam is quite complex. According to Asian development prospect report 2011, Asian development bank ( ADB) predicted inflation in Viet Nam to remain high level, average around 13,3% during the year 2011. Inflation status in Viet Nam can be seen from real life. After the Lunar New Year, price of meat, fisf, vegetable and so on increased significantly, like a information was quoted from an article in Nhan Dan _ a wellknown newspaper in Viet Nam.
Second, cause of inflation is a topic are frequently discussed in the National Assembly sessions. There are many reasons causing inflation but main resons can be listed like: the increase of foods price, raw input materials price such as coal, gas, oil, electricity and the crisis of global economy. Besides, the weakness of Gorvernment ‘s fiscal policy, monetary policy and rate policy cause inflation in Viet Nam.
Final, Gorvernment must give solutions to control inflation. Vietnamese economists brought many idea to control inflation such as: reducing public spending, reducing budget deficit, limitting import, encouraging people to use Vietnamese goods and so on. The solutions are listed above really effective to Viet Nam ‘s economy.
Inflation affects negatively to people’s life, declines the national economy. So, in all of three aspects above, inflation is allways a concern of Gorvernment and citizens.

]Thanks to the development of science and technology, now we can connect to every part of the world. And we can learn many good things from other civilization. But anything has two side, bad problems such as posting sensitive videos are being serious matters in VN. So how to solve the problem of students posting bullying and *** video clips online.
First of all, we must think about the two propose of students when they post videos. The first propose is that posting bullying and *** video clips are the way to show theirselves, they believe that, when every people know about his or her action, he or she will be famous and people will admire his or her like hero or superstar or something like that. The second propose is that they want to save the memories of their life to watch again when they are old, but for some reasons, those clips have been spreaded out in the internet and become *** video clips online.
Next, why students post sensitive videos, the cause is belong to the education and the family. VN’s education has enormous knowledge but it never has a subject related to life skills, so students don’t know how to deal with problems in real life, they always live in their fantasy dream about being a gangster, a mafia and so on. Not only the education but the family also has responsibility for posting sensitive videos of students. In VN, when students come to purberty, they have many question about *** but they can’t ask their parent. Because their parent is also not know all about the purberty and they are shy when students ask them this type of question, and students are forced to find the answer for their question in the internet. So students have seen *** video clips online, they also have *** with their partner to show that they are adults.
Finally, so what the solution for this problems are, according to psychologist of VN Institute of Psychoanalysis, first, we must change our education, open life skills class, organize the social activities to give students a view of real life, teach them the way to solve with problems in daily life and in work life. Second, parents should be spend more time searching information about purberty and share with their children and overcome the shy emotion to help their children choose right way of their life. Last , government should make laws to prevent the effect of *** web and violence movies to our country.
In conclusion, students will not stop posting bullying and *** video clips until the education and the family begin to make their change

In recent year, after the crisis “instant-noodle” films, Vietnamese movies are more and more developing.
First of all, Vietnamese audiences have gradually resumed their habit of going to the cinema to discover new movies. They are ready to bring their families and friends to the cinema if they know there is a good film. Therefore, many new cinemas have been built in big cities like Hanoi, HCM city and Danang. In ad***ion, it is a good news for Vietnamese movies, director Phan Dang Di brought fame to Vietnam when “Bi, Don’t Be Afraid” won two prizes at the Cannes Films Festival. Revenues from “Floating Lives” and “Fool for Love” are as high as that of Hollywood blockbusters in Vietnam. “Floating Lives” earned VND 17 billion and “Fool for Love” with VND 16 billion and they are the most successful films in 2010. There are important factors in promoting the development of the film market.
Besides success, there are some scandals for local film industry. Many other film project scheduled for the capital city’s anniversary also were suffered from a lack of adequate planning. Some local cinemas sued Megastar for raising film leasing prices and imposing con***ions for film distribution. On the other hand, Victor Vu’s “Inferno” was accused of copying Hollywood’s “Shattered”. “Floating Lives” also caused controversy over the copyright of posters. In deed, the first Vietnam International Film Festival was criticized for many errors, especially the translation errors of host Lai Van Sam.
Finally, we hope that in the near future, Vietnamese movies are not only produced for Vietnamese, but they will be exported for foreigners, contributing to introduce Vietnam to other countries all over the world.

In recent year, Vietnamese film industry has been booming with large scale of film projects. However, I would argue that the quality of Vietnam movies are really poor in term of content and acting.
Firstly, let’s look at some impressive names such as “ Để mai tính or Bẫy rồng ” . What you get, after watching these movie? The producers used several advertising campaign and famous actors to attract audiences, but the disappointed feeling always appears when the spectators step out of the movie house. Moreover, there are not much creation in Vietnamese film since some prevalent scripts were purchased from foreigners such as “Ngôi nhà hạnh phúc”. Other movies gained achievements such as “giao lộ định mệnh”, however, its content is debated of stealing foreign script. Another controversial about Vietnamese movies is using hot scenes to create curiosity for audiences. The wrong purpose of ***ual scenes reduce artistic of movies. Overall, Vietnamese cinema, called serving audiences industry, does not implement it responsibility for public.
The second reason for poor quality of Vietnamese movies is the cast. The actors contribute to the success of the movies, however, they are not work well on their task. Let’s compare to the actors and actresses other countries, the way they perform are different from our actors with natural expression in scenes. Moreover, almost familiar Vietnamese actors and actresses were not trained professionally such as Binh Minh or Thanh Hang; they are in the movies, because, they are well-known for other fields like music or fashion.
Of all I have discussed above, I can finally conclude that Vietnamese movies need more motivation to develop in the right directions in the future. It can be support by all factors to create best movies.

Nowaday, inlation happens in many coutries all over the world, and Viet Nam isn't without an exception. When inflation happens, the value of current money is decreased and most economic components of industry are become victims. However, according to Vnexpress, elements sustain heavy losses of inflation are: retired persons, people and organizations depositing money in banks, cre***ors and the poor in society.
Fist of all, retired persons have retirement pensions that are stable prices products. Retirement pensions are only increased little when prices of products rise to much.
Beside ad***ion, people and organizations depositing their money in banks lose their properties very quickly when inflation happens.
Next, cre***ors who lend their much money that instead can purchase a paticular product, it's products have lower value when their economy occurs inflation. Therefore, who enjoys benefit? Perhaps when currency is lost its value, people who enjoy benefit are borrowers because the value of their loan is decreased.
Finally, people sustain the most heavy losses are the poor having their income under 1 USD per day because their money isn't enough for a family meal.
In conclusion, when inflation occurs, prices of products and services rise too much, as a result, many ingredients of our industry incure heavy losses. Consequently, nowaday dominating inflation is very necessary.

Vietnam is rapidly emerging as a new center of economic growth in South-east Asia. Recent years, economic growth in VN is ranked second after China in the region. However, high growth always come with risk of inflation. In fact that, inflation in Vietnam is a serious problem.
First of all, inflation rate in Vietnam is creasing highly. According to VnEcomomy News, inflation in Vietnam was 22% in 2008, 12.3% in 2009 and 11,7% in 2010. The inflation rate was high in 2010 and its impact will still be seen in 2011. Therefore, curbing the inflation will be the top priority in 2011 for the Government.
There are some reasons can explain for that fact: cost push inflation and demand pull inflation. For example, when the demand of foods increase in the Tet holiday, the price of foods will be higher than in normal days. Moreover, the inflation rate is high due to the external factors, the increases of food prices, oil prices, material prices and some education fees. In addion, the Goverment keep balances in the national economy: the balance in import and export, state budget collection and spending, the international payment balance and the balance between saving and consumption
Finally, “Inflation is still Vietnam`s biggest challenge. However, Vietnam has learnt lessons about macro-economic management to control, reduce inflation, thus maintaining growth” said Vice President of the World Bank James Adam. We can see that Vietnamese Government has made an appropriate decision. On 24/2, The Government has offered six measures to curb inflation:
1.Making tight monetary policy.
2.Implementing strict fiscal policy, cutting public investment, reduce state budget 3.deficit. Promoting production and trading, encouraged exports, curbing the trade deficit, save energy use.
4.Adjusting the electricity price of petrol, oil and associated with poor support.
5.Strengthening social security.
6.Promoting information dissemination.
In history,Vietnam increased in interest rate on denominated deposits induced a spectacular decline in in flation from 350% in 1988 to 35% in 1989.The evidence suggests that Vietnam can control inflation successfully again.

Hight inflation may lead to shortages of goods and consumers begin hoarding them out of concern they prices will increase in the future.
Inflation is still Vietnam’s biggest challenge. In 2010 the inflation in Viet nam was lown_falls to 11.5% percent, after the governmet ‘s policies. There are many causes for inflation, depending on a number of factors. The first, government of Vietnam print an excess of money to deal with a crisis. As a result, prices end up rising at an extremely high speed to keep up with the currency surplus. This is called the demand-pull, in which prices are forced upwards because of a high demand.The money supply increasing has made to decrease the value of money. It means you can buy less quantity of goods than you did in previous time. The another cause of inflation is a rise in production costs, which leads to an increase in the price of the final product. For example, now we go to the market and can’t buy anything for family’s meal with 50.000 VND. Every goods ‘s prise rises twice or more than that.
To conclude,the government has taken strong measures to control inflation and has achieved many results. Such as: Vietnam has raised another of its main interest rates as it looks to step up its fight against inflation. It is hoped that the interest rate increases will help strengthen Vietnam's currency, the dong, and slow inflation.

How to solve the problem of students posting bullying and *** video clip online​

Four years ago, it was very famous for posting *** video clip online of Hoang Thuy Linh actress. The public opinion had barely settled down. Recently, in the march of 2011, there is more clip *** of student has posted online. It shows that the posting bullying and *** video clip are being popular in the young. It is a painfull social problem which have to solved. In my opinion, there are three things should have been done.

Firstly, it is the task of the state. This problem was difined in 253 article of criminal code. Anybody who propangandize depraved culture are punished from 6 months to 12 years in prison.
Secondly, it is the task of the education. *** education has been to touch at the age of 13 to 18. Knowledge about *** help young people to avoid ***ual curiosity, help young woman how to refuse libiodo of her boyfriend. Show they that having *** when they were students ( befor getting married) and posting video *** clip online is not suitable for Vietnamese culture. Show they know the adverse impact when they do that. The right and full knowledge will tell them what should they do.
Finally, it is also the task of society. We should create many rewarding activities and useful playground for young people. Some rewarding activities like youth activity, social activity, volunteer activity and do charity. Some useful playground are sport clubs, art clubs and entertainment centers. The healthy activities help people to develop personality comprehensively and to avoid social evils.
*****m up, posting bullying and *** video clip online are bad things. It shows the degradation of culture and ethics. We have to prevent that action. Solve this problem is not only task of the state, education, society but also sense of us.

Firstly, there are a lot of Vietnamese movies don’t care to quality. The producers is only interested in profit so that they invite famous models, famous singers to attract viewer but the content is indeed dull. For example: “ For one love”. “The bright kisses”… Futhermore, sometimes the content of movie don’t reflect truthfulness about life and have many fictional events.
Secondly, the actors and the actress don’t indeed express the emotion of characters very well. That thing made the viewer don’t feel the sense of movie very much.
Besides, there are also a lot of Vietnam films are very good and significant. For example: The movie: ” Don’t fire – Đừng đốt ” of Director Dang Nhat Minh. The movie bring the special felling for the viewer. That feeling like were reading the book: “ The diary of Dang Thuy Tram”. The movie told in a truthfully and lively manner. In ad***ion, Vietnamese movie has the new genre, that is the action movie. Getting the much of success in this kind have to tell the movies: “ The rebel - Dòng máu anh hùng” , “ Clash – Bẫy rồng”. These action movies brought the fresh and strange feelings.
To make the successful movie need many elements. Hope that, the producers and directors will invest particulary to make the good quality movies and to Vietnam’s movie approach nearly with the world ‘s movie.
