Lớp tiếng Anh B18 Ms.Thuy (8th) ^_^

Chị thuỳ ơi chả hiểu sao cái bài tập viết lại câu có chỗ vi phạm thế nào mà em không post lên được chị ạ. Làm thế nào bây giờ ? Được một lần chăm chỉ làm bài tập mà hổng nộp được. Em gửi về hòm thư cho chị vậy nhé?

Nghiên cứu ví dụ sau:
For lunch I had a sandwich and an apple.
(Người nói nói?a sandwich? và ?oan apple? vì đây là lần đầu tiên anh ta nói về chúng)
The sandwich wasn?Tt very nice.
(Người nói nói?the sandwich? vì người nghe bây giờ đã biết anh ấy nói về bánh?sandwich?. Đó là món bánh mà anh ta đã ăn trong bữa trưa.
1 vài ví dụ khác:
-There was a man talking to a woman outside my house.The man looked English but I think the woman was foreigner.
-When we were on holiday,we stayed at a hotel.In the evenings,sometimes we had dinner at the hotel and sometimes in a restaurant.
-I saw a film last night.The film was about a soldier and a beautiful girl.The soldier was in love with the girl but the girl was in love with a teacher.So the soldier shot the teacher and married the girl.
*Ta dung a/an khi người nghe chưa biết ta nói đến cái gì.Ta dung the khi đã rõ ta nói đến cái gì rồi.
-Tom sat down on a chair(ta không biết là chiếc ghế nào)
Tom sat down on the chair nearest the door(ta biết rõ đó là chiếc ghế nào-gần cửa)
-Ann is looking for a job(không phải là công việc cụ thể nào)
-Did Ann get the job she applied?(1 công việc cụ thể)
-Have you got a car?(không phải là 1 chiếc xe cụ thể nào)
-I cleaned the car yesterday(1 chiếc xe cụ thể-chiếc xe của tôi)
*Ta dung the khi đã rõ cái gì đó trong ình huống mà ở đó ta đang nói tới ai hoặc tới việc gì.
Ví dụ như đứng trong phòng ta nối về ?othe light/the floor/the ceiling/the door/the carpet??
Các ví dụ:
-Can you turn off the light please?(= đèn ở trong phòng)
-Where is the toilet please?(=nhà vệ sinh trong toà nhà/ngôi nhà này)
-The postman was late this mỏning(=người đưa thư thường ngày)
-I took a taxi to the station.(nhà ga của thành phố)
-We got to the airport just in time for our flight.
Ta cũng nói:the police/the fire-brigade/the army,the bank,the post office
-I must go to the bank to change some money and then I?Tm going to the post office to buy some stamps(người nói luôn nghĩ về 1 nhà ngân hang hoặc bưu điện cụ thể)
Ta cũng nói the doctor/the dentist:
John isn?Tt very well.He has gone to the doctor.(= ông bác sĩ của anh ta)
Các trường hợp sử dụng THE:
*Ta nói the khi chỉ có 1 sự vật duy nhất:

-We went to the most expensive restaurant in town.
-The only television programme he watches is the news.
-Paris is the capital of France.
-Everybody left at the end of the meeting.
-The Earth goes around the Sun.(ta cũng nói?the moon/the world/the universe?)
*Ta nói the sea/the sky/the ground/the countryside/the country
-Would you rather live in a town or in the country?
-Don?Tt sit on the ground!It?Ts wet.
-We looked up at all the stars in the sky.
Ta nói go to sea/be at sea(không có the)khi ý nói go/be on a voyage(đi/du lich):
-Ken is a seaman.He spends most of his life at sea.
Ta nói space(không nói the space) khi ta có ý nói đó là khoảng không trong vũ trụ:
-There are millions of stars in space(không nói in the space)
nhưng ?oHe tried to park his car but the space wasn?Tt big enough?(=khoảng trống)
*Cinema Theatre radio television
-We went to the cinema last night.
-Do you often go to the theatre?
Chú ý là khi nói?the cinema/the theatre? ta không nhất thiết chỉ 1 rạp chiếu bong hay rạp hát cụ thể nào.
Ta thường nói the radio: We often listen to the radio.-I heard the news on the radio.
Nhưng ta thường nói television(không có the):
-We often watch television.
Nhưng Can you turn on the television please?(chiếc máy tivi)
*Meals(các bữa ăn):Ta thường không dùng the với các từ chỉ bữa ăn:
-What time is lunch? -We had dinner in a restaurant.
Nhưng ta nói meal:
-We had a meal in a restaurant(chúng tôi đã ăn ở khách sạn)
Ta cũng nói a khi có 1 tính từ đứng trước lunch/breakfast:
-Thạnk you.It was a very nice lunch.
*Các ứng dụng mở rộng của THE:
Các ví dụ nghiên cứu:
-The rose is my favorite flower. -The giraffe is the tallest of all animals.
Trong VD trên ?othe? không chỉ 1 sự vật cụ thể nào.The rose=hoa hồng nói chung,the giraffe=con hươu cao cổ nói chung..Ta dung the+danh từ ở dạng số ít theo cách này để nói về kiểu,giống thực vật, động vật..
Ta cũng có thể dung danh từ ở số nhiều không có the:
Roses are my favorite flowers.
Ta cũng dung the+danh từ đếm được ở số ít khi nói về loại máy moc,sang chế?
VD: When was the telephone invented?
*Ta cũng dung the cho các nhạc cụ:
-Can you play the guitar?
-The piano is my favorite instrument.
*The+tính từ:Ta dung the với 1 số tính từ(không có danh từ).Chúng luôn luôn mang ý nghĩa số nhiều.VD:the rich=người giàu nói chung(chỉ lớp người giàu có)
-Do you think the rich should pay more taxes?
Ta dung the đặc biệt là với các tính từ sau:
The rich,old,dead,blind,injured,sick,disabled,,unemployed,poor,young,deaf!
-That man over there is collecting money for the blind.
-Why doesn?Tt the government do more to help the unemployed?
*The+các từ chỉ quốc tịch:
Ta dung the với 1 số các tính từ chỉ quốc tịch khi ta muốn nói the people of that country:
VD:The French are famous for their food.

Ta có thể dung the theo cách này với các từ chỉ quốc tịch như sau:
The British,The Welsh,the Spanish,the Dutch,the English,the Irish,the French,the Swiss
Cũng như vậy với các từ chỉ quốc tịch có đuôi ?"ese(the Japanese,the Chinese?.)
với các quốc tịch khác ta phải dung danh từ ở số nhiều có đuôi-s:

Cách dung THE với các địa danh:
*Các châu lục:ta không dung the với tên của các châu lục:
