Marie Curie Fellowships - for whom considers her/himself a researcher only

Cái fellowship này đọc instruction cứ gọi là mệt nghỉ, ù hết cả người. Mình quan tâm và tìm hiểu vì "âm mưu" năm sau apply nên hy vọng bác nào biết/có kinh nghiệm hoặc hứng thú thì chia sẻ thông tin/kinh nghiệm hay đặt câu hỏi trong thread này nhé. Tks in advance.

Mình có quen 1 người được cái này. Mình không rõ chính xác cậu ấy lấy hb này thế nào, nhưng dường như là giáo sư nhận mình và giáo sư sẽ đưa cái học bổng này cho mình.
Ý mình là mình nghĩ mình không apply trực tiếp nó mà nó được phân về các giáo sư, những người có trong tay các dự án được tài trợ.

Bốn năm trước mình cũng được cái học bổng Marie Curie này, nhưng lúc đó là EU Sixth Framework (bây giờ là Seventh). Lúc đó, mọi thứ do host university quyết định, sau khi có được tài trợ từ EC, các host sẽ thông báo tuyển sinh viên. Còn chương trình Seventh Framework mới này thì không biết có thay đổi gì không nhưng đọc sơ qua thì mình thấy có nhiều cơ hội hơn cho sinh viên từ các nước thứ 3 apply so với chương trình trước đây (chỉ dành 1/3 học bổng cho sinh viên các nước thứ 3 ngoài EU).

Năm ngoái mình đọc thấy họ yêu cầu người ko phải công dân EU thì phải ở EU liên tục trong ít nhất 3 năm trước khi xin Marie Curie Fellowship. Năm nay ko còn yêu cầu đó nữa, cơ hội cho người ngoài EU sẽ nhiều hơn.
