Kính thưa các bác! Em đang cần tìm hiểu về những vụ máy bay rơi ở huyện Bắc Yên, tỉnh Sơn La. Được biết ở vùng núi thuộc huyện Bắc Yên, kể từ thời kháng chiến chống Pháp đã có nhiều máy bay qua đó và bị rơi, tính đến nay cũng gần 10 chiếc. Vậy bác nào có thông tin về vấn đề trên thì chỉ giáo cho em với. Theo các bác, ở Việt Nam mình để hỏi về vấn đề trên thì nên liên hệ với cá nhân hoặc tổ chức nào?

Tin do phóng viên điện thoại về từ sân bay Long thành: VAM đã cất cánh và bay lượn trên bầu trời Long thành lúc 9g30 ngày 8 tháng 12 năm 2005 sau 2 năm chờ đợi chung chi.
Lần 1: do chưa quen đường băng, chưa đủ lực nâng nên VAM chỉ chạy được 200m phải quay đầu xuất phát lại
Lần 2: đủ lực nâng, máy bay cất cánh nhẹ nhàng, bay ở độ cao 250m với vận tốc khoảng 55Km/h, lượn quanh sân bay 2 vòng rồi hạ cánh. Cú tiếp đất lần đầu tiên này không được nhẹ nhàng lắm có lẽ do phi công Long chưa quen đường băng và địa hình và nhất là vì chưa quen bay bao giờ.

Lần 3: Cất cánh nhẹ nhàng, VAM nâng độ cao lên 500m vì hôm 7/12 có quyết định chỉ được phép bay thử ở độ cao 5m. Cú tiếp đất tuyệt đẹp, đúng động tác: máy bay flare rồi chạm nhẹ 2 bánh xuống đường băng, sau đó bánh mũi mới từ từ chạm đất. Quá đẹp, các phi công chuyên nghiệp đứng xem phải gật gù lắc đầu lè lưỡi .

Lần 3: VAM bay ở độ cao khoảng 300m, bay lượn vòng số 8, thử lượn vòng bên trái rồi lại vòng bên phải, rồi lại hạ cánh. Máy bay và phi công tạm nghỉ.

Hành vi đánh cắp sở hữu trí tuệ đã đăng ký bản quyền , nhận làm của mình và đem kinh doanh là hành vi của bọn trộm cắp lưu manh,bất lương ngu xuẩn, thiếu hiểu biết và trơ tráo . Khốn nạn hơn khi chúng coi thường nhận thức của mọi người, coi mọi người là những đứa ngu đần khi lừa đảo nhân dân Thế giới rằng, đó là máy bay do chúng dày công nghiên cứu và chế tạo để lừa tiền chính phủ, và đó cũng là tiền thuế của nhân dân, để đút túi riêng hàng triệu đôla. Chưa kể là thủ đoạn đi tắt vào Lịch sử chế tạo máy bay bằng cách chui lỗ chó và nghĩ rằng nhân dân tiến bộ trên toàn Thế giới không ai hay biết thủ đoạn lưu manh trơ tráo đáng hổ thẹn ấy. Chúng đã lầm!
Hành vi ăn cắp trắng trợn này cần phải bị trừng trị thích đáng bằng Luật bảo vệ bản quyền theo công ước Bản quyền Quốc Tế và theo Pháp luật Việt Nam.

ULAN-UDE. Dec 15 (Interfax-AVN) - The Ulan-Ude aircraft plant is negotiating the supply of Mi-171 helicopters to Vietnam, Thailand and China, the plant''s director general Leonid Belykh said on Thursday.
"We hope that a series of new contracts on supplies of our helicopters to Southeast Asian and Asia-Pacific countries will be signed in the near future. In particular, there are good export prospects in Vietnam, Thailand and China," Belykh told Interfax-Military News Agency.
The Ulan-Ude aircraft plant has for the first time exported its helicopters to Vietnam this year, he said. "According to the contract, we supplied four helicopters to this country. All of them are already in operation, and their servicing has been established. I believe there are serious chances for supplying an ad***ional helicopter batch to Vietnam," he noted.
Negotiations with Thailand have been underway for several years, Belykh went on. They originally dealt with the supply of four or five purely commercial helicopters for the Natural Resources Ministry. A contract was initialed, but the supply process dragged on due to a reshuffle in the country''s leadership," he said.
"The relations are being re-established. Representatives of the enterprise are in Thailand as part of the delegation dispatched by Rosoboronexport and the Federal Military-Technical Cooperation Service, The talks address the supply of both commercial and military helicopters to Thailand," Belykh noted.
China is among the main helicopter buyers in the Asia-Pacific region, the director general said. He did not rule out that a contract for the supply of Mi-171 helicopters to China could be signed in the near future. "China is planning to buy about 24 helicopters. The competition has not been announced, but talks are underway. Some experts believe that the contract may be signed already this year," he said.

Hôm nay lò mò vào A41 để xem sơ bộ quy trình sửa chữa AN-26, nó cũ gì đâu, đã 20 năm rồi mà còn phải bay tiếp, cánh thì chắp vá búa xua. Lúc sau thấy con YAK52 được kéo ra ngoài đường băng, ko biết có bay ko chứ nhìn thấy nó phiêu quá...
Theo thông tin chợ trời thu thập từ các bác ở A41 thì hiện nay VN có 6 cái VNS-41 2 cái ở HN ko biết ở sân bay nào, còn ở A41 thì có 4 cái, mẫu nguyên bản là chiếc Che-22, chiếc Che-22 hiện vẫn còn nằm ở A41 để xem xét, việc các bác nhà mình bắt chước được Che-22 để tạo ra VNS-41 kể ra cũng khá ấn tượng.

Máy bay 20 năm co gì đâu mà cũ. Điều quan trọng là bảo trì đúng cách thôi.
Theo qui định của Boeing thì bay 10000 giờ hay 20 năm phải thay tất cả các miến nhôm (skin).
Mấy chiếc KC135 đa số là từ 40-50 tuổi mà vẫn còn bay.

Như mấy cái B-52 quân đội Mỹ còn định sử dụng đến năm 2050 nữa là (cái cuối cùng được xuất xưởng năm 1962) thế nghĩa là lúc đó pháo đài bay phải xấp xỉ 90 tuổi rồi. Quan trọng là bảo dưỡng thế nào thôi

KC135 vừa là vận tải vừa tiếp xăng nên giờ bay rất nhiều. Toàn bộ đã được thay máy, gắn class ****pit để sử dụng thêm 20 năm nữa.

How does China look at the Military Capabilities
of both India and Vietnam?

The "Conmilit" of the August issue sponsored by China''s Information Center of National Defence Science and Technology makes an overall evaluation of the current arms situations of India and Vietnam. The main points include:
It is believed that India will further develop its missile-carrying nuclear submarines and SLBMs while stressing the on-going development of its land-based nuclear attack capability. It is estimated that by early next century, India will have preliminarily established its nuclear attack capability with bombers, land-based ballistic missiles, and submarine-launched missiles as the major elements. The Indian air force will
1. continue to develop the LCAs. It is initially planned to produce 100 such planes to replace the MiG-21. It is expected that these LCAs will be deployed for combat use from the year 2002 to the year 2010;
2. develop the MCAs that has a stealth function. They will be put to use from the year 2008 to the year 2010 in place of Jaguar SI and Mirage 2000 fighter planes;
3. develop the new cruise missile on the basis of the PTA unmanned planes. Utilizing inertia and the technology of GPS guiding, this cruise missile has its head weighing about 450 kilograms and can be launched as far as 600 gl kilometers. It is predicted that its development will be completed in the year 2000 or so;
4. successfully develop the new multi-functional high-class LHC. At present, the LHCs are being produced in batches. They will be used as the major equipment for the India''s helicopter troops in the future;
5. plan to purchase some more new Mirage 2000 5 fighter planes to equip a squadron. Under the contract on the purchase of 40 SU30MKI multi-functional fighter planes from Russia, the first eight planes were handed over to the Indian air force in March of 1997 and the rest will have been delivered to India in three batches by the year 2000;
6. purchase the licence for the production of the Russian Su30-MKI fighter planes. The contract involves one billion US dollars. It is planned that about 100 Su30MKI will have been produced by the year 2010;
7. improve the strategic and tactical air transport capabilities. It is believed that the Indian air force is planning to increase its number of airfreighters from current 192 to 300 by the end of this century. In ad***ion, India is considering purchasing more Russia-made Il76 heavy-duty airfreighters;
8. plan to purchase from Russia an Admiral Gorshkov aircraft carrier with the contract value of one billion US dollars;
9. build on its own a light-duty aircraft carrier with a displacement of 17,000 tons. Consuming a manufacturing cost of 330 million US dollars and having a loading capacity of 12 to 15 fighter planes, this aircraft carrier will be launched in the year 2002 as planned;
10. continue to build the large Delhi class destroyer with a displacement of 6000 tons and to import the Kilo submarines, the Tu142 marine reconnaissance planes, and Il-38 anti-submarine planes.
As for Vietnam, the "Conmilit" indicates that as Vietnam has made some progress in its economic reform ever since the 1990s, it may want to modernize its air force on a large scale in the next 15 years by upgrading or replacing its existing equipment. The basic evaluation of Vietnam is as follows:
1. Around the year 2010, Vietnam may obtain a number of advanced fighter planes, including the MiG21 93, MiG29M, and Su 27SK, to replace its current MiG21 and MiG23;
2. Around the year 2000, Vietnam will equip its air force with 26 Su27 fighter planes, as compared to 10 it currently has;
3. From the year 2001 to the year 2010, it is possible that Vietnam will purchase about 60 MiG29M to replace its existing MiG23MF and will, at the same time, upgrade its MiG-21 Bis with the technology of the MiG 21 93;
4. Around the year 2010, the Vietnamese air force will have 250 MiG21 93, 60 MiG 29M , and 30 Su27SMK. In the meantime, the AWACS will also be developed as another important measure of improving Vietnam''s air defence capability;
5. The Vietnamese air force will purchase a number of AWACS and may mainly choose the Russian An77 (the original says An77, but in fact, it should read An71, i.e. the naval AWACS which was upgraded on the basis of the An72 and whose research has almost ended now). As Vietnam intends to form an effective air defence network, at least 10 AWACS will be needed. Due to the shortage of funds, it is estimated that Vietnam will use the Ka-31 helicopter-shaped AWACS as a transitional supplement. Vietnam claims that by the year 2010, its AWACS will include four An71s and six Ka31s;
6. The Vietnamese air force may choose the Su39 (i.e.Su25TM) and the MiG27MD as the successors to the Su22 ;
7. It is possible that 150 to 200 MiG27MDs or the Su 39s will be purchased in the next 15 years to totally replace the Su 22s. Before the arrival of the Su 39 or the MiG27MD, Vietnam may need to make some necessary upgrading to its Su 22 now in service in order to meet the transitional needs;
8. Work will be initiated in the next 15 years to modernize the Vietnamese air force by replacing its existing airfreighters. A total of 140 planes will be needed, including the An32s, An74s, Mi26s, and Mi38s;
9. The Mi24 armed helicopters now in service will be upgraded. Then 60 to 100 Mi28H armed helicopters with an all-weather fighting capability will be purchased from Russia. It is said that the first 20 or so Mi28H helicopters will be delivered to India before the year 2002. Finally, it is estimated that the modernization of the Vietnamese air force will cost around 7.5 billion US dollars. There will be some difficulty in fund raising.( Satoko Tomiyama )

Tớ thấy trong TSN còn nhiều C-130 lắm sao các bác nhà ta không sửa lại bay nhỉ, Mỹ bỏ cấm vận rồi cơ mà, mua khí tài về thay (mua dạng dân sự thôi). Đến bọn Mỹ vẫn còn dùng C-130 đời những năm 60 update lại sao các bác nhà mình lãng phí thế... còn cả C-119 và C-123, Mấy cái khác là loại gì các bác, các chú nhận dạng dùm (không kể mấy em AN-26)
