update the report of attendances :
Well, I was online for almost 30 minutes without anybody buzzing me to have an online meeting. Eventually, Thao (rantanplan) contacted KA and from that, we got the chance to find out more about each other. Thao asked me some info about ESC for about 5-10 mins; Giao (ngocgiao) buzzed me to add her to the meeting. However, Giao had to leave for lunch after 5mins or so.
Again, still me and Thao. Like Thao reported in her report, we jumped to another topic (friendship - it''''s kinda broad topic, so we narrowed it down to whether a friendship does last forever or not). Yeah, we came to a conclusion that friendship doesn''''t last forever in some sense; I''''m not saying 100%, but mostly around 70-90%. In other words, friendship is truly yours when it''''s there, but time is the key point in here. Everything changes over time and if we''''re not working for it then it probably won''''t last "forever." However, that does not mean "absolutely." There will be definitely some friendship that would last forever (just a small number). Unfortunately, it''''s a sad one. Well, what is your opinion about this, ESCers?
P.S.: Thao, I''''m really sorry I couldn''''t be online last night. I tried to log on to our forum to inform you about it, but our website was under construction last night. So sorry about it. Anyway, it''''s very nice to know you, T. Looking forward to have more talk with you as well as other ESCers.

HAlo, I''m still waiting for my customer''s report. This time, I had OED for the online meeting. This was completely brand new meeting of mine, ''coz of my very dull Skype and some family issue. I may just talk through Yahoo mes for about next half month, and 2 persons in one room; because the quality is just good for 2 person talk.
I let OED choose the topic. He got Weather, and I made my determination that we just talked about that topic... HIHI, trying to talk about 1 topic deeply is not an easy work, ''coz we have to think out wide-range questions and issues... In fact, we acted quite well, right OED ? 1 hour for that topic... HAHA, we talked about the weather in Vietnam, weather in foreign contries, an ideal weather, ... This is the rainy season in HCMC, so we also discussed some about this season. When I asked him about the place he would like to go to for an ideal weather, he answered Milan, but actually for his favorite football team, not for weather or landscape ... HIHI...
We talked and laugh a lot. This is really my happy time, because I really wanna speak with s.o, but I haven''t been able for such long time... Now, Satisfied... HEHE

Here''s are some comments of members joined The Online Meeting. Acccording to the rule, after any disccusions, each member has to write the comment to tell to everyone about a disscussion (what did they talk ? What did they think about a discussion and orther members ? etc... ) . It''s very helpful because you have one more chance to practice the writing skill. Yeah, it sounds great. Thank you for joining The Online Meeting
I''ve had an conversation with Mr Richard few days ago, it was just a small talk with our introduction but I thought it was so interesting . Despite I am preparing for the final test at uni, I''ll join in others meetings in the near future, this forum and meetings are so useful for us, thank you

Hmmm...I don''t know what happens to the other three members whom I had the online meeting with last Friday''s evening. They don''t even report our discussion in here. So, I decided to go first.
With 3 males vs. me (poor me), we had a great discussion. Two are in Hanoi, one''s in Toronto, Canada and of course me from...(you know). First, we decided to talk about "English and its role..." But later on, we kinda went into a direction of discussing about the American accent vs other English accent(s). Fortunately, we all agreed that American accent is easier to understand than the other accents such as the English accent, Australian accent, etc. Surprisingly, I found out that one of our members is going to take classes at University of California, Irvine (about 15-20 minutes away from where I live) by this september for his Master Degree, which is so great. Well, I''m going to end my report here to save some more room for the other 3 to report more on our online meeting.
    Nice day y''all,
    (Nick : TranHo)

I joined the Friday evening''s meeting, but I left early after Junichi. I thought the report should be written by one who stayed till the end so I didn''t report anything here . Anyway,
Friday evening''s meeting was my first online meeting with other members of ESC. It was a great discussion.
First, as Ms. TrnHo reported, we discussed about English accents. After that, we moved on to the topic of shopping. I don''t remember how we got there:P. But, anyway, Three of the members like shopping, one doesn''t. I, the one who doesn''t like shopping, like books (what , yeah...,I know). The female member & another member from Canada seemed to like shopping for clothes. The Two were discussing about various clothes brand names which I''d never heard of before .
Shopping discussion led to the discussion about taxes in the States and Canada . Shopping -> taxes, logical, right ? hehe . Canadian have to pay a lot more taxes than US residents, that''s all I can remember.
After the discussion about taxes, Junichi left and I followed him because it was already 1 AM in Vietnam.
That''s it, my report ends here.
    Have a nice day,
    (Nick : Tuan2k)[/u]
