- Sponge càng dày speed càng nhanh, (phù hợp kiểu đôi công của cậu)
- Nhưng, sponge dày thì "cảm giác bóng kém"
- Và, sponge mỏng dễ tạo xoáy hơn (vì thời gian vợt "ăn bóng" hơi dài hơn) nhưng ko nhiều vì spin chủ yếu do lớp rubber quyết định. Nếu muốn thay đổi độ xoáy nên chọn loại mú khác luôn.
Cậu nên chọn loại spong từ 1.9-max nếu chủ yếu chơi đôi công. (trong đôi công, nếu ko kể đến các yếu tố khác, thì bên nào có tốc độ bóng khi rời mặt vợt lớn hơn sẽ có 1 chút lợi thế)
