Mystery Shopping

Hi all students,

I''m helping one singaporean company to find people for its project names "mystery shopping" which will be carried out in 3 major cities in Vietnam: Ha Noi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh.

We are looking for people with good English (spoken and written) who have enough free time to go shopping for us while earning some extra money at the same time. Our first cliet in Vietnam is Samsung. We need people to go those assigned Samsung store to check out the quality of service that Samsung staff provides.

We only need you to do that in your own freetime. You could choose the timeslot you are comfortable with and you could also choose to go to the store which is convenient for you. You will be given a list of questions which you have to find the answer during the trip to the assigned store. Those questions are about the staff''s name (who serves you), the quality of the service, what time and how long the service is, the environment of the store and how other customers feel in your opinion,... and the last thing is your own comment about the service Samsung provides. So, you are required to have a good social skill and a good memory as well. Once you finish the report, send to us and you will get your pay for each by the end of the month.

*** In the mean time, we need one person immediately. The assignment is named "Samsung TV repair". Once we ''ve got your personal details, we will get Samsung to send one Samsung TV which need to be repaired to your home. And you will send this TV to the assigned Samsung Customer Care to get it fixed. One report about the whole trip is worth $60 USD.
