Album mới của hảo thủ guitar 51 tuổi người Mỹ, Joe Satriani vừa phát hành hôm 31 tháng 3 vừa qua. Đây là album studio thứ 11 của anh kể từ album debut Not of This Earth (phát hành năm 1986). Một album đáng nghe cho nhưng ai yêu thích instrumental rock.
Nhắc đến Joe Satriani ta sẽ nhớ ngay đến G3 tour do chính anh và Steve Vai chủ xị. Được khởi xướng vào năm 1996 bởi Joe Satrian, G3 là live show quy tụ khá nhiều hảo thủ guitar. Điều đặc biệt như tên gọi của tour diễn thì mỗi live show thường chỉ có sự tham gia của 3 guitarist. Có thể nhắc đến vài hảo thủ guitar quen thuộc như: Yngwie Malmsteen, Paul Gilber, Michael Schenker, Steve Morse, Brian May, John Petrucci...
Hiện tại Joe Satriani đã sẵn sàng cho tour diễn đặc biệt "Guitar Center Sessions".
