The next three decades would see Lata Mangeshkar reign as the undisputed queen of the Hindi film song. She sang with almost all of the major music directors, and acquired a considerable clout in the politics of the film industry.
It is pointless to try and enumerate the songs that she did; however, there are a few songs which stand out. In particular ?oO Sajna Barkha Bahaar Aayeê? from Parakh (1960), ?oAaja re Pardesi? from Madhumati (1958), ?oItna na Mujhse Tu Pyaar Badhaâ? from Chhaya (1961), ?oAllah Tero Naam? from ?oHum Donô? (1961), ?oEhsaan Tera Hoga Mujh par? from ?oJungleê? (1961), and ?oYeh Samâ? from ?oJab Jab Phool Khilê? (1965), seem particularly notable.
Lata also worked with most of the major music directors in this period. Her work with, both S.D. Burman and R.D. Burman were very fruitful. She also worked with, Shankar /Jaikishan, Salil Chowdhury, Naushad and a host of others. It is often said that her best work came with her songs for Madan Mohan and C. Ramchandra. It is interesting to note that O.P. Nayyar was one of the few major music directors to not utilize her talents.
However Latâ?Ts reign was not always a smooth one. There was the well known professional rivalry with her sister Asha Bhosle. For some years she would not sing with Mohd. Rafi due to a long standing dispute over royalties. For some years she would not work with the music director S.D. Burman. During the peak of her career, she had a tremendous political clout within the film industry and is known to have exercised this freely.

Latâ?Ts Decline
All things come to and end, and Latâ?Ts professional career was no exception. Over the decades, the actresses for whom she was singing became younger, and Lata was growing older. It was inevitable that at some point it was no longer going to be a workable match.
We cannot pinpoint a time where her career started to decline. However by 1980 it was clear that it was not a necessity to have Lata sing for a film. Furthermore, there was a change in the style of the new songs. Emerging music directors such as A.R. Rahman just did not see Latâ?Ts voice as fitting into their approach to creating music (although Lata did lend her voice for some of his work). The result of all of this was that Lata Mangeshkar gradually moved from the peak of her career into today?Ts state of semiretirement.
Never-the-less, this period shows some of Latâ?Ts most interesting work.
Songs such as ?oSun Sahiba Sun? ("Teri Ganga Maili" - 1986), ?oYaara Seeli Seeli? ("Lekin" - 1990), even today stand our as some of her most memorable work.
In 2001 Lata Mangeshkar was awarded Indiâ?Ts highest civilian honor the ?oBharat Ratnâ?,

The Filmfare Awards for playback singing first started in the year 1958. In 1956, ''Rasik Balma''[CHORI-CHORI] won the Best Song Filmfare Award, Lata refused to sing it live in protest of no Playback Singer category, which paved way in 1958 of this new category ( though Male & Female Awards where started later on).
From the year 1958 to 1966 no other female singer was able to get the filmfare award. Since she had won the popular Filmfare awards so many times & had always been accussed of monopolising the industry (along with sister Asha), after 1969, she made the unusual gesture of giving up FILMFARE awards in favour of fresh talent.

The Government of Madya Pradesh instituted a national level music award, in 1984, in recognition of Lata''s extraordinary talent and her services to the field of music. The award, Lata Mangeshkar Award, consists of a certificate of merit and a cash award of Rs. One Lac. Till date this award has been conferred on such giants of music field like Naushad [1984], Kishore Kumar [1985], Jaidev [1986], Manna Dey [1987], Khayyam [1988], Asha Bhosle [1989], Bhupen Hazarika [2000], Mahendra Kapoor[2002] & Sandhya Mukherjee. Music director O. P. Nayyar was also selected to be the recipient of the Award. He, however, declined to accept it on the ground that he would have preferred to accept an award named after a music director for a music director teaches a singer the nuances of music, not the vice versa.
Lata Mangeshkar Award was also instituted by Maharashtra Government in 1992, first recipient of this award was Manik Verma for her outstanding contribution in singing.

Tiếng Urdu/Hindi là một ngôn ngữ đẹp theo tớ vì cách diễn đạt của nó rất sâu sắc và giàu tình cảm lại mang nhiều ý niệm thiên về triết lý nhờ gốc Sanskrit bắt nguồn từ cổ xưa. Tớ chẳng phải nhà ngôn ngữ học nên không biết gọi loại ngôn ngữ kiểu "trừu tượng" ấy là gì. Ý VH là thường thì ý nghĩa của một câu nói không được hiểu theo nghĩa đen.
Ví dụ như bài hát trên có câu "Lagta nahin hai dil yaha" dịch nôm na là Trái tim em không còn muốn ở đây nữa. Hiểu rộng ra là em rất buồn rầu vì phải xa cách anh, em muốn đến bên anh ngay bây giờ. Không phải vì nó là thơ nên mới thế đâu nhé. Vậy nên nhiều lúc một câu tiếng hindi từ nào tớ cũng hiểu, nhưng ghép lại thì chả hiểu nó nói gì
