Consistent as a signature -> I think once you choose a sign, you're likely to keep it forever, so the simile used here is not out of that meaning. Bạn có thể dịch là bền bỉ suốt đời hay cái gì gì đó, mình cũng không biế nữa.
It's a lot more than junk -> Cái này mình đoán có nghĩa là: Thứ này vẫn còn có giá trị lắm.
