Part2: Listening. The best way to get the best mark of this part is you listen to English everyday. There is no way else. But remember before listening, try to find out the key word for each question, and focus on these words when listening.
Part3: Wrting, I think that you should begin with the part2(essay) because it cost more mark than the other part.When Writing essay, you should draw the outline first. It will help you to finish the essay quickly. I spent more than 3 months to learn how to make an outline as quickly as possible. In order to do it,Everyday you should try to think about some aspects of life, and try to find ideas about them.
Part4:Speaking, you should try to speak in front of the mirror. Especially, practice the eye-contact, it;s very important. Sometimes, body language is better than a saying, like a shruging your shoulder or nodding your head. Remember smiling when answer. And don''t hesitate to ask for a repetition when you don''t understand or not hear clearly, never answer if you really don''t understand what does it means.

With the YEs-no-NG. if you find that the meaning of that sentence is strongly opposite to the original. That is no. if you still have the confusion(half is true and half is false). more than 60 percent is NOTGIVEN.
Remmeber to highlight all the proper name, it can help you a lot when answer every question. And try to understand the meaning of paragraph, find out the thesis sentence.
Never waste time on what you dont understand clearly. Because the reading is very long

Thanks Joinit, ur experiences help me alot, i can realize the diffirent between No and Not given question and other useful ones. One of the most difficult type of question is the Matching List of Head......hix hix it requires the summary ability...that''s what i dont have and need to pratice so much. Is there any smart experience in matching????? Please share!

Yeah, with the issue of matching heading, I used to be headache with it. To do it well demand you lots of skills.
First is the skill of Catching main idea as well as the thesis sentence(It often is the first or last sentence), Reading them first, if both of them have the clue(the same keyword,Or they are resembling in meaning), that is the heading.
If after reading both of them, but they dont give you any idea to guess the heading, you must read all the passage, while reading, focus on these following things:
