OLP - Olympic Tin hoc sinh vien toan quoc

Olympic programming of Vietnamese Student has ended on 8/5/2006. This is a high technological playground for Vietnamese student. There are many students of many colleges and universities all over the country who attend the contest.

Last year, I attended the OLP 2005 in Ho Chi Minh City and I met many Saigon students. They left deep impressions for me. They are very jolly, friendly and enthusiastic. The volunteer who guided us is a graceful girl. I will never forget her.

Would you like to exchange knowledge about programming?

ASP, JAVASCRIPT, HTML, VB, ...

I dun know about the programming langagues you mentioned and I believe most of the members here dun know about theml (and dun need to know as well). It can be interesring if you share with us about the event itself to let us know more about what going on in IT world of VN studens.

I want to talk about the scarcity of human resources for IT.
For example, in my current class, most students don''t have basic knowledge of computing. Many students can''t install windows or softwares. Some students can''t even switch on or off computer. They access internet only to chat. There isn''t any classmate can discuss computing with me.
I think the problem what is concerned above is more and more urgent because knowledge in computing is very necessary to strengthen english and find a good job with high salary.
