I think if you want to take the entrance exam for university in Singapore you should directly study textbooks used in A-level. The syllabus which people provided is based in A-level Cambridge in UK. They are very brief because people suspose that you are A-level student who have got textbooks and have studied the course already. So if you have got a friend in Singapore, please contact him/her to get the textbooks as soon as possible. If can not, you can buy them online.
One more point, if people offer you the chance to replace physis for business they are very...very kind. For physis, you can use english as little as possible and more importantly Vietnamese students are not very familarer to business than physis. As my understanding, there are just few Vietnamese students passing when they took business (it is said that "if not a dragon, pleaseeeee do not explore the ocean").
For physis and maths, you can find some good books in Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology library (let say physis handbook that cover enough material for your exam). Also you can contact people of Vietnamese Student Society in Singapore. They have got a lot of experience for such (or suck?) exams and give you a lot of useful information.

Just now i visited the website of VNNTU (Vietnamese in NTU) i saw wonderful information for you who want to take the entrance exam for NTU. One is the link to website which has got the syllabus as well as the sample exam papers (of the last year). Another one is the english version of textbooks of maths and physis which were translated by VNNTU. They are wonderful.
