Pollution in Ha Noi ! Causes and Sollutions...

Please Help me....i cant'' do this ...May U can share some ideas ????

Don''t panic, this is a very easy topic to ramble on about.
I will shoot a few ideas off the top of my head for you.
1) Traffic: For once, pollution is caused by the massive amount of motorcycles and cars on the street. The traffic in Hanoi is phenomenol, coming home from work at 5.00p.m could be a real dreadful and consuming task. The petrol that is used are generall unfiltered, not well refined to be environementally friendly.
2) Useage of energy in households: Alot of households in Hanoi still use coal operated gas and whatnot. Extremely toxic, and causes alot of harm to the environment. Energy is also used, and produced without being environmentally friendly. Alot of greenhouse gases are emitted during the process of energy production.
3) Industrial pollution into the water and the air: Alot of industrial factories emit a huge amount of toxic gases into the air and the water. There are no tight and strict regulations currently to control these emissions.

There are the problems that has no solution . Polution is one of them. Since it involved in many many people, many fields of society, economy, it require a very logical chain of solution, which I think normal person can never create one. Hehhe.
But I think you can mention about some activities to reduce the harm :
- Using green energy ( gas, instead of petrol )
- Ask people to use electricity economically.
- Raise the tax of factory which produce great amount of toxic & rubbishes. With the fund of the nation, improve the quality of the poor, whose activities polute the enviroment a lot, plant more trees, deal with poluted places, etc.

Simply think that: the same pollution problems mentioned above, Hanoi is even more polluted than any others provinces in Vietnam, because you can see that the population density there is the highest.
