    Còn đây là bài mình
Keep Fruits and Vegetables Cold, But Not Too Cold
Bài này ngắn thôi, chưa đến 1 trang, have fun! :
This is Barbara Klein with the VOA special English Development report.
Cold storage can keep foods in great con***ion for months after growing seasons, but foods can be damaged if they are kept too cold. So, this week we offer some advices about ?~Cold ?" storages?T.
It comes from Practical Action and an entire poverty group in Britain. Practical Action is the new name of the Intermediate Technology Development group. The experts say the best way is to prepare fruits for storage while still in the fields. For best results, harvest fruits and vegetables at the coerced harvesting time and try not to damage them used a sharp knife. Place the harvested items on a clean surface or directly into storage containers. Do not place them on the ground, dust can lead to bug or fungus growths in Cold-storage. Use clean water to remove dust and keep the water clean, but it is usually better not to remove leaves from foods and vegetables before storage. Without the leaves, fruits can become dry. Fruits and vegetables must be cool from fields?T heat before they are put into storage. If they are placed in cool water, however, it can spread fungus throughout the fruits. A better idea is to harvest the fruits either early or late in the day, then leave them to cool naturally.
The experts at Practical Action say all fruits and vegetables have a critical temperature for storage. Damage may happen if they get any colder. With potatoes, for example, the self-structures can break down. Some foods and vegetable must be keep in 0 to 4 degree Celsius, others need 4 to 8 degrees, and still others must be stored above 8 degrees. Wet the fruits and vegetables so they do not become too dry during storage. The best time to do this is before storage. Cover these items in plastic once they reach the correct storage temperature. Most fruits and vegetables need the relative humi***y in storage to be kept between 85 and 95 per cent.
Finally, air flow must not be restricted. Leave spaces between the food containers and the walls of the storage area. Keep the spaces clean, and lastly, try not to open the doors too often. Internet users can get more information about Cold-Storage at itdg.org. Again, the address is itdg.org. We?Tll have a link at voaspecialenglish.com.

For best results, harvest fruits and vegetables at correct harvesting time. And try not to damage them, use a sharp knife. Place harvested items on clean surfaces or directly into storage container. Do not place them on the ground. Dust can leave too bugs or fungus grows in cold storage. Use clean water to remove dust and heat the water clean. But it is usually better not to remove outer leaves from fruits and vegetables before storage. Without the leaves, fruits can become dry.
Fruits and vegetables must be cured from field heat before they are put into storage. If they are placed in cured water, however it can spread fungus throughout the fruits. A better idea is the harvest fruits either early or late in a day than leave them to cure naturally.
The experts at Practical Action say all fruits and vegetables have a critical temperature for storage. Damages may happen if they get any colder. With potatoes, for example the cell structures can break down. Some fruits and vegetables must be stored at zero to 4 degrees Celsius. Hic...
To Chị Maroon: Em thì chịu! Nhưng tiện thể nhờ chị và các bạn dịch cụm từ " Tình cảm gia đình thiêng liêng" ra tiếng Anh với! AI dịch được xin tặng 10 à!
