High Oil Prices and the World Economy

This week, crude oil traded briefly at a record 68 $/barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchanges. Prices are up about 50 percent from last year. With inflextion considered, prices are still below what they were in the early 1980. Then crude oil are sold for well above 80$/barrel. But in dollar terms, this is the most of the world?Ts largest economy has ever had to pay. In some areas, prices at fuel staion are almost as high as American have ever paids, even with inflation. The Energy Department said this week that crude oil prices remain very high even though supply in the United States are growing. Oil supplies generally decrease at this time of year because of seasonal demand. Officials say the recent build up should keep prices from being at high at winter as they might be without it. .
On Friday, Central Bank Chairman, Alan Greenspan has praised for way the economy has ??? with high energy cost. So far, he said, it is the handle the short pride in prices for the oil and natural gas over the past two years reasonably well. But economists said the International Monetary Fund in Washington have voiced consurrent about the world economy.
On Thursday, the Managing Director warned about the risks to economic growth in Asia. Arigo de Rato urges the Asian Central Bank to use Monetary Policy to fight inflationary pressures caused by high oil prices. He directed his comments specially to Indonesia and the Philipines. Many issues can effect oil prices. For example, on Friday, Nigerian officials ordered increases in the price of fuel. There were fears of general strikes. Nigeria is the world?Ts eighth largest exporter of oil.
Terrorism is another concern for oil trader. But even the weather can ??? the industry. This week, there was concern about the possible risk to oil productions in the ??? of Mexico from the ocean storm, Katrina. However, industry experts say the biggest concern is the growing world demand for oil. The United States and China are the top two users. A report this week said China imported 50% more crude in July than a year ago. Crude oil becomes fuel and other products.
There are questions about the ability of oil producing nations to meet growing demand. Some experts believe that Saudi Arabia?Ts oil fuel may have reached peak production. This is when more than half of the recoverable crude have already been in Bangdad. Saudi Arabia denies that. Earlier this year, the International Monatery Fund called for more openness to confirm the supply of the world?Ts top oil producer. Currently, Saudi Arabia produces more than 10 million barrels of crude a day. It said it expects to produce more than 12 million barrels daily by 2009.

Mà không phải ai cũng có hứng ngồi soát bài người khác đâu S Thế nên chị Maroon cứ chữa bài như trước đi nhé, em sẽ search bài mẫu và giúp chị sửa 2 bài của 2 bạn post sau bài em, được không chị ? Em sẽ cố gắng sửa 2 bài vào tối thứ 3, sang thứ 4 chị tổng kết là vừa. Thế nhé!

nếu có em giúp thì còn gì bằng, chỉ sợ ảnh hưởng đến việc học của em thôi, còn chị thì mỗi tối dành ra 5 phút sửa 1 bài cũng không tốn kém gì mấy. Còn kham nổi, chưa đến mức đứt dây thần kinh héhé

Nếu em đồng ý giúp chị thì sau khi em đã post bài nghe của mình lên, chị sẽ gởi bài mẫu cho em trong hộp thư riêng để em sửa cho 2 bài nghe tiếp theo, còn bài của em thì để chị sửa giúp, đồng ý ko?

Em phải có kế hoạch cụ thể là sửa bài ntn, bao nhiêu bài, thì chị mới biết em có thgia đến cùng ko chứ, hay lại bỏ dở giữa chừng. Ko làm thì thôi chị ko ép, nhưng đã nhận thì phải có trách nhiệm, chị ko thích làm việc kiểu đùa chơi đâu.
