Đầu tiên cho mình gửi lời cảm ơn đến lời nhận xét cực kì quý báu của cobecotich, bienphale,orbit.
Sau đó là lời xin lỗi đến cobecotich.
Đầu tiên mình hơi bất cẩn ở những chỗ sau: Communist, dấu phẩy trước Joachim, Doctoral. Cho mình xin lỗi
Còn những chỗ như: unions, doctoral degree, minister for women and young people, democracy movement, prime minister.Mình xin trả lời "chất vấn" của bạn theo hai hướng:
Thứ nhất, về mặt lý thuyết, thì mình sửa theo đúng bài mẫu mà Maroon gửi, không phải theo ý kiến chủ quan của mình. Về điều này, thì có lẽ hơi khuôn mẫu mong bạn thông cảm
Thứ hai, về mặt lý thuyết. Theo tớ được biết và hỏi bạn bè thì, các từ trên có thể viết hoa hoặc không. Nhìn chung các từ trên khi đóng vai trò là danh từ riêng thì sẽ viết hoa. Cụ thể

Thường người ta viết là doctoral degree in physics và Physics Doctoral Degree (điều này thì mình vừa hỏi bạn mình đang ở Anh)
Minister thì mình không biết rõ lắm. Nhưng theo mình thì cái women and young people thì mình nghĩ sẽ không viết hoa, vì nó mang nghĩa chung chung
Còn prime minister thì mình đồng ý với bạn là chỗ này phải viết hoa. Mình sai
Tóm lại là, mình hơi bất cẩn và máy móc trong việc sữa bài cho các bạn. Mình xin hứa lần sau sẽ tìm hiểu kỹ và kiểm tra cẩn thận bài của các bạn.

Cảm ơn chị Maroon và các bạn. hix... bài em có mấy lỗi sai chuối wá, căn bản lúc đấy em bùn ngủ wá rùi nên đầu óc ko còn tỉnh táo nữa.
Chị Maroon ơi, đúng là bài này có nhiều từ mà bọn em ko biết nên viết hoa hay thường. chẳng hạn như Chancellor, em nghĩ là Prime Minister viết hoa thì từ này cũng fải hoa nốt. Physics với Chemistry nữa ạ.
Nhân tiện bài này chị có thể tổng kết cho bọn em 1số trường hợp fải viết hoa và ko được viết hoa được ko ạ? Vất vả cho chị Maroon wá, nhưng tất cả vì tương lai thần dân TTVN, chị giúp bọn em mới.

Làm mọi người rối tung cả lên, sorry, xí xóa nhé. Thú thật với các bạn, mấy chỗ viết hoa mà babyrock sửa đó là đúng với bài mẫu, ko fải sai đâu. Bài này làm Maroon cũng bối rối lắm vì nó có mấy cái tổ chức ở bên Đức mà mình cũng ko biết là nó có viết hoa hay ko nữa, như cái tổ chức gì mà phụ nữ và thanh niên ấy, viết thường hết. Vì vậy, mà những bài mình sửa, Maroon đã bỏ qua cho các bạn nếu có lỡ viết hoa hay thường đi nữa, vì thế đừng trách babyrock nhé, lỗi tại Maroon ko trao đổi với bạn ấy.
còn về các chức danh thì theo Maroon được học là như vầy:
- Các dtừ chỉ chức danh như chancellor (thủ tướng của Đức & Áo), prime minister hay president, nếu dùng để nói 1 cách chung chung thì ko viết hoa.
- Chúng chỉ được viết hoa khi đi kèm với tên riêng, vd: President Bush, hoặc đóng vai 1 tên riêng, vd Mr. President, hoặc xác định chức danh đó của quốc gia nào, vd the Prime Minister of VN
Còn về physics và chemistry, thực ra đây là những môn học bình thường như toán, văn, lịch sử, địa lý vậy thôi, chẳng có lý do gì để viết hoa nó lên cả.

Trả lời cho mọi người zùi mà vẫn thấy bứt rứt sao sao ấy. Khó tập trung vào làm bài tập trên lớp. Cứ vào zùi lại ra, hy vọng mọi người feedback lại. Lên google, tìm được vài cái thấy hay hay, hi vọng giúp ích cho mọi người:
Titles such as president, king, or emperor start with a capital letter when used as a title (followed by a name): "President Nixon", not "president Nixon". When used generically, they should be in lower case: "De Gaulle was the French president." The correct formal name of an office is treated as a proper noun. Hence: "Hirohito was Emperor of Japan." Similarly, "Louis XVI was the French king" but "Louis XVI was King of France", King of France being a title in that context. Likewise, capitalize royal titles: "Her Majesty" or "His Highness". (Reference: Chicago Manual of Style 15th ed., 8.35; The Guardian Manual of Style, "Titles" keyword.) Exceptions may apply for specific offices.
In the case of "prime minister", either both words begin with a capital letter or neither, except, obviously, when it starts a sentence. Again, when using it generically, do not use a capital letter: "There are many prime ministers around the world." When making reference to a specific office, generally use uppercase: "The British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, said today?" (A good rule of thumb is whether the sentence uses a definite article [the] or an indefinite article [a]. If the sentence uses the, use "Prime Minister". Rules for Capitalization
Remember to capitalize the following:
The first word of a sentence
All proper nouns (the first letter of a person''s first, last and middle name)
Names of days of the week, months of the year
The pronoun I
Names, including initials, of individuals
Titles which precede names
All names of holidays (excluding any prepositions)
The first word and all nouns in a salutation
The first word in the complimentary closing of a letter
Family relationship names when they precede a name or are used in place of person''s name, especially in direct address
All words in the names of specific organizations and agencies excluding prepositions, conjunctions, and articles.
Names of languages
Names of definite sections of a country or the world
Names of nationalities
Names of religions and deities

The first word and all the words in titles of books, articles, works of art, etc. excluding short prepositions, conjunctions, and articles.

The major political parties in Germany are working to complete negotiations for a new government. When they finish, Parliament is expected to elect Angela Merkel as the new chancellor. She is a conservative who would be the first woman to lead in Germany. Angela Merkel would also be either the first leader from former East Germany.
Her party, the Christian Democratic Union, narrowly won elections last month for the Bundestag, the German Parliament. But it did not receive enough votes for a majority. The Christian Democrat?Ts Democrats and the Social Democrated Democratic Party of Chancellor (chỗ này thì phải viết hoa) Gerhard Schroeder agreed on Monday to form a convolution coalition.
The next chancellor will face a national unemployment rate of more than 11 percent. The German economy is the largest in Europe. But, economic growth has slowed. (hehe, present perfect)

Angela Merkel is fifty-one years old. She was born Angela Kasner in Hamburg, West Germany. Her father was a Lutheran clergyman. He was said sent to lead a small church in East Germany while Angela was a baby. So she grew up under Communist rule groom.
There, she received a doctoral degree in physics at the University of Leipzig in 1986. Later, she did research in East Berlin. She is married to a chemistry professor, Joachim Sauer. They have no children.
