Present your opinion plz.....SEC's friendly members.

Many of you came to the cafe meeting on July 27 at Giai Dieu Xanh . And we had a very wonderful meeting with candles and soft music , and talking , and discussion,etc. Now, tell us about your feeling plz.

This Sunday morning ( July 28 ), more than 10 members took part in the English Speaking CLub at VATC ( Vietnamese-American training college) . How do you feel ? Would you mind telling us your opinion and suggestion? The place, the organization, the presenter, the guitarist, the singer, the songs, the topic, the effect .....? Do you think attending this English Speaking CLub improve your English ?

I just felt a little dull coz that day i got in swamp and at that time i hadn't eaten anything except two Coke.I found that there are few activities at our cafe meeting.I think if we discuss about the next meeting ,the trip or bring some funny E story to make it more exciting.Then we can go karaoke or cinema or something like that.

Oh, great idea ! I used to think about this before. But I didn't have enough time to make it real. I will do it next time, ZER ! We will use both English and Vietnamese in our meeting cafe , ok?

Hi pals ,
Personally I think the meeting place at GDX cafe is not so good . It's not at all quiet and the close presence of many people around might scare some of our members when they want to speak English .
If possible , we'd better look for a separate room , and it's perfect if it's with aircon .
Please recommend to SEC Organizers if you know of such a place . Thanks in advance !

Well i agrree with Admin H that GDX cafeteria is not good place to hold our meeting at . It might be quiet a little bit , but not be private at all . Thus , it's so hard for us to communicate in English each other cuz of embarrasment . Besides , how do you think to arrange everybody in a round so that we 're able to discuss all thing easier and closer than . Why dont we organizer our meeting in an ice cream shop .. so we'll not only chitchat but enjoy ice cream as well .. hihi . Just suggestion ... Any idea else ?

I know a cafeteria in the corner of Dien Bien Phu and Pasteur street. It's a Trung Nguyen cafe. Although it's not quite enough but that place is really big and you can speak at every stone you can (actually you have to scream <-- kidding)

Another good place at the conner of Ly Chinh thang st . It called Hoang Pho cafeteria ( uhmmm , not sure ) ... not large much ... but it's quite quiet for us to dicusss everything at there

I think we should find a place that is private, not too quiet and not
too noisy, reasonable price, quite comfortable, a place that can bring us pleasure . It will be better if there is a cafe shop that has a private room for us so that we can discuss in English without embarrassment and worrying of disturbing the people around. What do you think about the room in Giai Điệu Xanh cafe we held meeting in June? I think it's pretty suitable for us but a little bit large and hot. We need a place where we can discuss and have fun , and relax in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Any suggestion come into your mind? Let it out.
