The man was killed by himself. He carried a block of ice by his lorry and he stood on that block of ice to hang himself. It was so hot in the desert ...
    Where is my gift ?

I have another solution, which did not needs a block of ice or anything else. He hung a rope that was just long enough for him to put his head through the loop. Then he folded his legs backwards (the way people do when they kneel) and held his feet in his hand so that his legs didn't touch the ground and his body was hung in the air. That way he would surely die in just a minute.
Hehe.... I'm just kidding. Aiggno's answer was right. This is a classic puzzle of the kind that is called "lateral thinking", which challenges you to explain a certain situation in a logical way.

    Hi aiggno and LungTungBeng,
it seems that both of you are too good with this kind of puzzle, so I try to find an harder one . Solve it if U can !
    Number 2 :
In a small village in the middle of nowhere, three innocent prisoners are sitting in a jail. One day, the cruel jailer takes them out and places them in a line on three chairs, in such a way that man C can see both man A and man B, man B can see only man A, and man A can see none of the other men. The jailer shows them 5 hats, 2 of which are black and 3 of which are white. After this, he blindfolds the men, places one hat on each of their heads, and removes the blindfolds again. The jailer tells his three prisoners that if one of them is able to determine the color of his hat within one minute, all of them are released. Otherwise, they will all be shot. None of the prisoners can see his own hat, and all are intelligent. After 59 seconds, man A shouts out the (correct) color of his hat!
What is the color of man A's hat, and how does he know?

This puzzle seems tough but can be solved with some reasoning. Answer: A knows he is wearing a white hat.
How? Well I find it troublesome to explain in English so let me speak my mother tongue, please
Chính vì vậy, A kết luận là mình đội mũ trắng. Đúng không? Nếu đúng thì vote cho tớ nhá

Execellent ! 5(*) for you ! And now, another challenge !

There are 5 houses in 5 different colours. In each house lives a person of a different nationality. The 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet. Using the clues below can you determine who owns the fish?
The Brit lives in a red house.
The Swede keeps dogs as pets.
    The Dane drinks tea.
The green house is on the left of the white house.
The green house owner drinks coffee.
The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill.
The man living in the house right in the middle drinks milk.
The Norwegian lives in the first house.
The man who smokes Blend lives next door to the one who keeps cats.
The man who keeps horses lives next door to the man who smokes Dunhill.
The owner who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.
    The German smokes Prince.
The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
The man who smokes Blend has a neighbour who drinks water.

As far as I can remember, this is a famous puzzle known to be devised by Einstein. It requires doing some boolean math. I don't know how, and I'm too lazy, so I surrender. Maybe someone out there better than me please give a solution?
