Replacement Grant Agreement

WITNESSETH :

The government is authorized to enter into this Agreement by the Mutual Education and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961 , as amended ( commonly refered to as the Fulbright- Hays Act ( Pub. L. 87-256 ) and the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 , as amended ( commonly refered to as the Smith-Mundt Act ) ( Pub. L. 80- 402 ) , Reorganization Plan No. 2 of 1997, Executive Order 12048 of March 27, 1978, and the Foreign Afairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 ( Pup. L. 105-277 ).

The Recipient warrants that it has full authority to enter into this Agreement.

The Recipient further warrants that there is no disability that precludes its acceptance or performance of this grant.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS :
