SEC diary.

End of the first new year working day. Spend the whole day in this box, never do anything contructive. Anyway, it is new year ...hi` hi`. I go back now. See you guys tomorrow.

Tet''s atmosphere is everywhere now...
Food: too much food, variable food, tra***ional food for Tet make me full all day. It is great as I love eating and really care of food. It is also my happiness, my pleasure, my passion. Thinking of my honie, he is too far away from my home and of course he is unable to enjoy delicious Tet food with me. I make up my mind to be the best cook for him to compensate what he so far has been lack of.
Wishes: the very first wish came to me 2 days before the Lunar New Year''s Eve. Then I was bombed with text messages on the NY''s eve and on the first day of the Lunar Year. I love them as there are people who think of me and care of me. However, mass wish- messages made me bored with similar contents. The more time and thoughtfullness we spend on message writing, the more happiness and joy we bring to receivers.
Flowers: my house is decorated with many kind of beautiful flowers: red roses, yellow daisies (opzzz...where is my favourite white daisies?), orchirds,etc. My city is covered with flowers at Nguyen Hue boulevard, at parks, at markets,etc. We can see flowers everywhere, when we sleep and when we are awake...The picture attached was taken by me at Nguyen Hue flower boulevard in the early morning of the second day of the lunar year. I love it, I love this flower boulevard. It is so so Saigon ( one new adj in English : Saigon )
Money: lucky money! I can see the red/yellow small bags everywhere, every time. The ones I give to my cousins, and the ones I am given from my grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts,etc. Hix...too old to receive many lucky money like some years ago ;-(
At last, one more reason makes me love Tet : I can sleep whenever I like and do not have work to do, just think about where I can go and what I can do for fun and relaxing

Last night, I lost $500 inthe casino. When I was reading for my exam at the library, my friends said we should go to the casino, there was Superbowl party there with lot of movie stars. We went there and saw a sea of people, former legend rock band KISS playing on the stage, paiting their faces with black and white. The Pittsburgh''s Steelers fans waving their T-shirt, few Seattle''s Seahawks was booing as they threw their T-shirt to the singers. We lined up at the ATMs to withdraw cash, each joined $500 and came to the roulets. After 1 hour, we lost everything. We went home at 1 am, people were still on the line for ID checking to get in. Some lovely girls asked somebody going out: "Did u see Tom Cruise ?", "No, I didn''t. But I saw Snoopy Dogg and John Travolta left". Oh, Superbowl, now I have to study while everybody else is ready for Superbowl kick off.

Now choppers are flying over to protect Ford Field, making noise, distracting me from studying. I don''t like football but American crazy for it. I think Steelers will loose the game, hopefully.
