Hi all,
We had a very exciting session where free-talk entertained all of us. Thanks again for joining our room on Session 3 December 23.
Please find follwings the meanings of idioms in Session 2:

- Got canned : to loose job, to get fired
- Right-hand man: the most helpful assistant or employee
- Stabbed me in the back: to betray sb
- Keep your chin up : to stay positive
- When pigs fly : never
- Told him off : to scold , to tell sb in strong words what one really
think.
- Look on the bright side : to be optimistic, to think about the positive
part or aspect of a situation
- Thank goodness: I am grateful, I am relieved
- Hang in there : to persevere, to not give up
- Live from hand to mouth: to barely have enough money to live
- Too stressed out: under severe strain, very anxious
- Make ends meet : to manage onê?Ts money so as to have enough
to live on to be okay financially
- Last resort : if there are no other alternatives left; the last solution
for getting out of a difficulty
- Worse comes to worst : in the worst case, if absolutely necessary
think big :to set high goal
- Easier said than done: more difficulty than you think

I. ANNOUNCEMENT:
Because the number of persons who can attend SEV chat room on Friday much outnumber those on Saturday, the schedule of the room shall be changed as follows:
EVERY WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY FROM 9:00 PM to 11:00PM

Hi Hoang xd and properman,
Welcome to our room. Chatting with Paltalk is different from chatting with skype or yahoo messenger. With Paltalk, only one person can speak at a time.
In order to speak, what you have to do is just simply holding down the Ctr key. A microphone will appear next to your nickname, and talk. Be remember: while speaking, you still have to keep the Ctr key hold down . To stop speaking, release the Ctr key.
