Rất nguy hiểm nếu mất cả Cre*** Card vì có đứa nhặt được dùng mua hàng và cô phải chịu trách nhiệm số tiền nó charge cre*** card. Phải báo cho card issuer ngay thì chịu charge $50 thôi. Thỉnh thoảng tôi bỏ lạc Cre*** card tuy vài ngày sau tìm thấy, tôi cũng báo ngay trước khi tìm ra và báo lần sau cùng dùng ở đâu. SSN đi đôi với CC . Bad cre*** là do mình nợ nhiều không trả nổi, hoặc trả bill trễ, kể cả bill điện thoại, điện, nước . Pension mất thì tôi chưa nghe thấy nhưng thường những người bad cre*** declare bankcruptcy thì có thể xây dựng lại cre*** history. Có người quen đã về hưu, tôi nghe người khác kể bị mất bill cre*** card Macy's, bà gọi hỏi xem sao thì nó bảo bà nợ nó $30,000! Bà bảo bà nợ có ~ $30 thôi! Chuyện ra sao thì tôi không rõ . Các thẻ khác thì nhà trường phạt vài $ để làm cái mới, thường không có gì quan trọng . Thẻ Safeway club card thì chỉ đọc số điện thoại là được .

You can get a replacement card from the Social Security Administration, using form SS-5.

If you need to replace a lost Social Security card, change the name shown on your card, or request a replacement card, you need to complete Form SS-5 which is available for download.

To get a replacement card, you usually need one identifying document. Your replacement card will have the same number as your old card. Some documents that we can accept as proof of identity are:

Marriage or divorce record
Military records
Employer ID card
Adoption record

Health Insurance card (not a Medicare card)
School ID card
For a name change on your card, you need documentation that shows your old name and your new name. Your new card will show your new name but will have the same number as your old card. We cannot accept your old Social Security card as evidence of identity.
For a new card, you will need to provide documents that show your age, citizenship or lawful alien status, and who you are; for example, a birth certificate and a school record. If you have downloaded the form, ad***ional examples are listed.
NOTE: We cannot accept photocopies of documents. You must submit original documents or copies certified by the custodian of the record. Notarized copies are not acceptable.
If you were born outside the United States, you also generally must show proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful alien status.
