I. HISTORY.

II. PURPOSE.
- To open an environment for English speaking.
- To have fun and make new friends worldwide.

III. SCHEDULE.
1. Notice:
- The following schedule can be changed over time. You will be told where to find the latest update.
- Open time: around 9.30pm-11.30pm (GMT 07 - Vietnamese time)
- Sometimes main activities can be replaced with other games.

2. Main Activities:
- Tuesday: Reading.
- Wednesday: Translating (what is on last Tuesday)

- Thursday: Reading.
- Friday: Discussing a topic (what is related to the reading of last Thursday)

- Saturday: Reading.
- Sunday: Discussing a topic (what is related to the reading of last Friday)

3. Other Activities:
- Playing games: Guessing words, phrases, tongue twisters, ...
- Fast-reading competition.
- Singing competition.
- Funny story competition.
- Advertising competition.
- .........................

VI. HOW TO JOIN THE ROOM.
1. Text version.
- Have a working microphone.
- Download the latest version of PalTalk software at: http://www.paltalk.com
- Install it.
- Create an PalTalk account.
- Log on to PalTalk, browse to SE room by this link:

2. Graphic version.
Register an account.


Fulfill the form.


Click on Submit button.


After successful logging, click on ChatRooms tab.


Click on Rooms button.


Click on Learning and Universities.


Click on Study Groups.


Right-click on the room, choose Join Room.


This is the room.


If want to talk, click on Raise Hand button to wait for your turn. DO NOT jump on others.


To start talking, click on the down-arrow button, then choose Lock Mic On.


To stop talking, click on Transmitting button.


VII. HOW TO ADJUST MICROPHONE.

Click on Speaker icon at the right corner of taskbar.


Click on Properties.


Click on Recording option. Then check ALL options below (Recording Control, Mic Volume, Line Volume, Stereo Mix...)


Make sure that Mute option of Mic Volume is UNCHECKED.

Other cities are rebuilding their inner cores through "brownfield" development, building up rather than out to reduce sprawl and the consequent increase in travel demand and congestion.
Cities like Copenhagen have unclogged their streets and addressed their parking problems not by increasing available spaces for parking, but by decreasing volume, increasing parking charges, and encouraging people to use public transport, bicycles, and their own two feet in the inner city.
People may wish to show off their high incomes by building expensive houses and buying newer models of motorbikes and cars, but it is lifê?Ts day-to-day interactions with others, including strangers, that determine how happy we are.
This is not simply an individual responsibility, but a collective one to ensure that urban planning takes into account peoplê?Ts actual needs, and promotes sociability and mixing, rather than separation and isolation.
I only hope, as Ha Noi continues to grow and change, that people recognize the need to preserve what is essentially Ha Noi, a city vibrant with life and sociability partly because its structure ?" with ample opportunities to mix with others outdoors ?" encourages interactions.
If modernisation also means isolation, not only its charm, but the happiness of many of its citizens, will inevitably decline as a result. After all, research has shown it is the wealth of human interactions and connections, not of material goods, that determines happiness; by this definition, Viet Nam is far better off than my country of citizenship, the US.

Chúc mừng nhà mới cái nào. Kekeke Mình được bác BitSoup ưu ái nên tính vào đội lão thành. Hê Thực ra room hoạt động phải vài tháng mình mới tham gia. Làm MC được 2 tháng, rùi bận quá ----> bỏ mặc cho Cường ( vô trách nhiệm thật)
