Base on the chart above we can see the weakness of US dollar in 2007. As an overall trend, it is clear that there was a dramatic fall from 2007 to the first month of 2008.

The first 3 months of 2007, the rate between US and EUR decreased from 0.77 to 0.73 before increased to 0.75 on middle of June. However, it went down then to 0.73 on middle of Junly. After that there were an upward to 0.75 on middle of Aug. Then it was a dramatic fall to 0.65 at the end of Nov and fluctuated around 0.65 and 0.69 untill now.

In conclution, the chart shows that the US dollar fell untill now and there is no sign to stop

In my opinion, we can use another structure to replace "it ...before...." ???

Không dùng before thì có thể dùng: prior to, previous to... nhiều lắm.
