But... it's not easy to do all of this correctly (hehe, or at least for me). Who can complete this exercise with the mark of 18/18 will be voted 10*. Okie? Anybody wants to try???

Most of the sentences you've done are correct. But you missed sentence: 6 and 18.
    6. The printing technologies/ techiniques in this factory are very modern.
    Key: techniques
    18. The surgical devices/ instrument/ tool/ appliance in my mother's hospital are sophisticated and modern.
    Key: instrument
Vote you 5* for what you've done!

Bực quá, đăng ký account mới phải 1 ngày mới xong, còn account KyPhong thì bị mất pass rồi. Đành Phải mượn tạm cái account của thằng bạn vàng M_RUDKY để trả lời vậy.
    To BritneyBritney:

The all I can say is that without a context, everyone has a 50-50 chance of getting the answer right or wrong. Some users are concerned with computer techniques (ie, the ways in which computers are used) and some in technologies (ie, new developments in computer hardware and software). Does the book tell you how to determine which choice to make? Isn't this like asking "KyPhong loves {chocolate ice cream/cherry pie}"? How can you possibly choose between the two? So my response is that the question is a poor one.
No answer is correct. The sentence should be "The man got an electric shock from the faulty light switch". The string of words we get is not a grammatical English sentence. Something is very wrong with the question or with the person who wrote the question, and if you have a teacher who defends the key's answer for this question, then you may rest assured that he or she is not competent in English. Assuming that the sentence is trying to say that "Electricity flowed into the machine from the faulty light switch", we have a logic problem. A light switch turns a light on and off; it does not turn a machine on and off. How can anyone be expected to get the right answer when the question is unintelligible?
The differences between a "device", an "instrument", and a "tool" are these:
    a) We do not use the word "tools" for surgical tools like scalpels or hemostats. They are called "intruments". How sophisticated and modern can either one of these instruments be?
    b) A "device" is clearly a "machine", like the laser surgery devices used these days to correct myopia. Such devices are also known as "the tools of the trade" (but surgery is not known as a "trade" except in jest) and "instruments" only in the most general sense of the word (eg, a multimeter such as the ones electronics and electrical repair people use to measure voltage and resistance can be called a "device", an "instrument", or a "tool"). With surgery, we use the more sophisticated term, "device". This is a matter of usage and not one that can properly be measured on such a test as the one you gave me.
I hope this explains everything clearly enough.
But there is one more thing. Not everything about any language is 100% clear. There are many points on which experts disagree. Most information about particular instances of grammar and usage is opinion and not fact.
    Regards, KYPHONG

Even Times magazine cũng bắt đầu writing in simple way rồi.
Em britney nè, tiếng Anh em học là Oxford English, học để mà học chứ không có practical in real life đâu...so take it easy.
