Mấy bác đã bác nào đọc hết Shakespeare chưa, em thấy đọc cũng hay mà khó quá, toàn là Elizabethan English, mọi người có bí quyết gì chỉ em mới.

Bí quyết thì chỉ đọc nhiều rồi quen thôi, văn chương thời cổ đọc chưa quen thì khó hiểu. Hồi trước mình ngồi vò nát cả quyển lòi mắt ra mà cũng chả được mấy chữ vào đầu. Chủ yếu vừa đọc vừa đoán, đoán không được chỗ này thì đoán tiếp chỗ lặp lại tương tự, mãi không được thì quay ra hỏi giáo viên, bạn bè.
The Crucible của Arthur Miller có phải vở kịch nói về 1cậu thanh niên không tin vào Evolution không? Nói chung là tà tác phẩm xoay quanh vụ kiện trong đó bị cáo là người thanh niên đó bởi anh ta đi ngược với tôn giáo của thị trấn Hillsboro. Chết thật, nhầm với quyển "...with the wind" gì đó. Gõ rồi chả muốn xoá đi nữa. Tại đọc 2 quyển này thời gian trùng nhau nên hơi lẫn. Đại loại The Crucible cũng về tôn giáo. Có mấy cô bé chơi trò pháp thuật rồi chúng đổ tội cho người trong làng là phù thuỷ. Về sau mấy chục người bị treo cổ thì phải. Có đúng không, mình nhớ không rõ lắm? Nhưng quyển "...with the wind" kia hay hơn nhiều vì nó đề cập đến lý luận nhiều.

Ừ Nhà Quê là con trai mà đọc văn ghê thật, tớ đang đọc quyển Scarlet Letter của Hawthorne, cũng hay phết, vừa được tặng đủ bộ Lord of the Rings mà lươfi đọc quá

Scarlet Letter mình xem cả phim lẫn đọc rồi. Phim xem chán phèo, với lại nó cũng không phải thể lại kịch.
Nói chung em thấy xem phim là dễ hiểu nhất bác Milou ạ, mỗi tội phim hay làm mất đi cái hay của tác phẩm. Nếu nghe tape thì đọc 1 lượt đã rồi nghe lại thì thấy hay hơn.
Tối qua mới đi xem The Lord of The Rings xong, hay phết Vicini ạ, mỗi tội phải chờ đến năm sau mới có tiếp.
