Nghe, hiểu, cảm nhận rồi sau đó mới dịch, có mỗi một cái tiêu đề thì khó chi mô....
Tuy nhiên để dịch tên bài hát, tiêu đề báo hay chủ đề của một bài viết không phải là chuyện dễ quá để ai cũng có thể alê hấp sau vài giây. Trong cuốn (không nhớ rõ tên, đại để là.. "cách dùng từ của Oxford", bìa màu xanh dương đậm) có một mục đề cập đến vấnđề xây dựng và dịch tiêu đề báo, NSCĐ thử đọc coi.
Quan điểm của mình là phải hiểu thì dịch mới đúng đưọc, và phải cảm nhận được thì dịch mới hay.
Thôi rứa thôi nhá. Đang bận tí. Hẹn cuối tuần có bài hay...

Dear all,
It has been quite a long time since we last talked about our English study. Now I really want all of you to come back to what we have just opened, revitalizing the EVN to help each other improve English skills.
Let''s talk about speaking skills. As we have agreed with each other, that you speak English well depends on many factors including grammar and vocabulary. We all understand that if we want to use English, we have to practice it regularly. However, many people find it difficult to open their mouth, especially in public or in front of an audience. So the very first thing, as I believe, we need to build is our confidence. We have to be self-confident to overcome our shyness. Only when we are self-confident, can we identify ourselves in a conversation, a discuss to practice our English. And there are many ways to build up our confidence in using English. One of the good ways is to join an English Speaking Club. If you are in Hanoi, you can join our English Club of Canberra English Education Centre free of charge every Saturday from 6.00 to 8.00 pm at Dong Da Junior High School in Luong Dinh Cua Street. Đã lâu rồi chúng ta k0 nói về việc học tiếng Anh, k0 đả động gì đến topic này. Giờ đây, tôi muốn các bạn hãy quay lại để cùng giúp nhau nâng cao kỹ năng tiếng Anh của mình.
Chúng ta hãy bàn về kỹ năng nói tiếng Anh. Như chúng ta đã từng đồng ý với nhau rằng để nói tốt tiếng Anh phụ thuộc vào nhiều nhân tố như ngữ pháp và từ vựng. Chúng ta cũng hiểu rằng, nếu chúng ta muốn sử dụng được tiếng Anh, thì cần phải có sự luyện tập thường xuyên. Tuy nhiên, có 1 số người cảm thấy rất khó khăn khi mở miệng nói, nhất là ở nơi công cộng hoặc đứng trước 1 đám đông. Do vậy điều cần thiết đầu tiên, theo như tôi biết, là chúng ta cần phải có sự tự tin. Khi có sự tự tin thì những rụt rè, e ngại của chúng ta sẽ biến mất. Chỉ khi chúng ta có sự tự tin, chúng ta mới có thể làm chủ mình trong các cuộc hội thoại, thảo luận luyện tập kỹ năng tiếng Anh. Và có rất nhiều cách nâng cao sự tự tin để sử dụng tiếng Anh. Cách tốt nhất là gia nhập các Câu lạc bộ Nói tiếng Anh. Nếu bạn ở Hà Nội, bạn có thể tham gia Câu lạc bộ tiếng Anh của chúng tôi thuộc Trung tâm Đào tạo tiếng Anh Canberra, các bạn sẽ được tham gia miễn phí vào thứ 7 hàng tuần từ 6h đến 8h tối tại Trường Tiểu học Đống Đa phố Lương Định Của. Hi guys, today i wanna post an article on CNN.com that i found very impressing and very funny.
I got one experience in learning E, it''s very simple, that if u wanna speak well E don''t be shy. In ur E class u gotta speak, especially in front of ur profs and of ur classmates. And i got one advice, if u just listen to the tapes, the lesons in ur class u can''t improve ur listening skill or not much, ''cause in the ordinary life, the young never never speak like that, they use slangs, even some of them forget how to speak E correctly. So if u got a chance, listen to them, try to learn the slangs, pay attention on the way that they speak, i mean that the way that they say is not like what we have learnt in our E classes, and that''s all i wanna say.

''Dead'' Vietnamese man revived

HANOI, Vietnam (Reuters) -- An elderly Vietnamese man thought to have died in a hospital revived after spending the night in the morgue, state media and a doctor said Friday.
Nguyen Van Quan, 73, was declared dead and taken to a Ho Chi Minh City hospital morgue on the night of August 15 but was found alive by his daughter the next morning as she was retrieving the body for the funeral, the Vietnam News daily said.
"I was shocked and frightened when I saw the blanket that covered my father moving," Quan''s daughter was quoted as saying.
"When the morgue''s officials pulled back the blanket, my father''s eyes moved, brightening with joy."
A doctor at the Nguyen Tri Phuong hospital, where Quan had been admitted after complaining of chest pain, told Reuters: "He is now still in the emergency section."
After Quan''s heart failed and he was declared dead, the man was placed in the morgue where he was laid for seven hours among corpses.
The doctor declined to elaborate on the case but said investigations into the incident were under way.

HANOI (Reuters) - Vietnam''s capital city is cracking down on people who urinate in public and will fine offenders up to $3.
Inspectors will prowl the streets of Hanoi to nab people in the act, Nguyen Hai, of the Hanoi culture department, was quoted on Friday as saying.
But even before the campaign, Hai is conceding the widely practiced act will be hard to control.
"Truly speaking we would not be able to settle 100 percent of the violations," Hai said in the Justice Ministry''s newspaper Phap Luat (Law).
A beer drinking culture and lack of public toilet facilities make the sight of men urinating along highways and even downtown a common sight in Vietnam''s cities.
Vietnam is seeking to spruce up its image prior to hosting the South East Asian (SEA) Games in December.

Another thing is that when giving your advice or sharing your experience in learning English you should write in the standard way, that is not to use so many short forms of words which surely make our friends feel difficult to understand them.
