Ni vừa mới vào trang web ETS thì thấy chưa có danh sách Việt Nam thi Toefl iBT đâu ạ. Ni thử đăng ký thì khi chọn country là Vietnam, hiện ra PBT và khi Ni chọn test date để đăng ký May, 13 họ không còn chỗ để thi (test center not available). Đây là phần họ thông báo:

Test Dates
TOEFL® iBT Phased Schedule
TOEFL® iBT is being introduced in phases to maintain test and score integrity and ensure a quality administration for test takers. The test has been introduced in the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and Puerto Rico. The second phase of the rollout begins on March 25, when test centers in selected cities in Africa, the Americas, Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East, and North Africa will offer TOEFL iBT for the first time.
A list of cities where TOEFL iBT will be introduced on March 25, 2006 will be posted in the Learners and Test Takers section of this Web site on Friday, February 3. Registration for these locations will begin on February 8. This list will be updated every week.
The chart below indicates the rollout schedule for the remainder of 2006.

Không hiểu thế nào chứ trên trang của IIE VN có tin này rồi đấy, đã có thông báo chính thức về thi iBT vào tháng 4.

Tớ nhớ có một bạn ở trên này đã gửi mail hỏi ETS và đã được trả lời chính thức là tháng 4 sẽ bắt đầu thi iBT, bạn ấy còn post cả mail đó lên, nhưng tớ không nhớ là ai và cũng không tìm lại được thông tin về mail đó....Chuẩn bị tinh thân thôi....
