Pleas revise my mistakes in this paragraph .

A paragraph which defines what a slogan is .

The term slogan refers to a short phrase which is easy to remember , used in advertising to appeal to people . Advertisers believe that if people frequently see or hear a slogan , the product or service will be promoted more easily . Another illustration of this is the slogan the American Express company uses to attract the attention of customers is known as â?o Donâ?Tt leave home with out it â?o . This slogan is used repeatedly so that people are readily persuaded of the cre*** card and it is one reason why the sales of the American Express company increased dramatically .

i give u a tip to check out for your grammar errors , that is : when u finish your essay ( long or short ) , dont bother with the logical problems, just focus on the grammar error ," read the essay from the end to the beginning , words to words phrase to phrase , examine a sentence only "

yes . I had read it two or three times when I finished . Tomorow , my homework will be tested by my teacher . I will post the correct paragraph in here .
To Dhung : An illustration of ....and is known as ...without it . I think Another illustration ..... is known as ... without it is more correct b/c this is ones of some grammars I studied
American Express company had been increased dramatically .----> I think using past tense is ok . I said it b/c American Express incresed at the same times when the slogan is used . In ad***ion , which is the reson to use passive voice , active sentence is more correct .

I think you should use : An illustration -- instead of Another . The reason : If you have more than one "illustration" then you can say "Another" but in this case, American Express is the only "illustration" .
Grammatically, I let you decide what to use. Using present tense in this context make it more lively .
Anyway, you English is almost flawless . You are much better than a lot of native speaker highshool student in the US .
