Đồng ý với bác, dạo này 4rum loạn topic, có nhiều thành viên chỉ mở một topic chỉ để hỏi một vấn đề và mất dạng, các mod cần thiết lập một quy tắc phù hợp nội quy diễn đàn để hạn chế tình trạng trên.

Em đề nghị diễn đàn mình nên tham khảo cách làm của bên quansuvn.net,cần có mục thông báo cho các thành viên biết những chủ đề đã có trên diễn đàn để tránh các thành viên lập thêm topic trùng lập,như em thấy diễn đàn mình đã có mục "Mục lục"hay thông tin về các chủ đề nên tham khảo,ngoài ra các mod nên đưa ra sẵn một số chủ đề để khuyến khích các thành viên lập topic theo hướng nghiêng về kĩ thuật quân sự,đừng lan man sang mấy chủ đề không liên quan đến mục đích lập ra của diễn đàn.
Các thành viên định lập một chủ đề mới cần phải tham khảo ý kiến của mod,cũng như khi khi lập topic rồi thì phải có trách nhiệm với topic của mình,(tránh tình trạng đem con bỏ chợ,nên quy định thành viên phải post từ 3 đến 4 bài trên tháng liên quan đến chủ đề mình lập.
Điều cuối cùng là dạo này em thấy mod min gì đâu biệt tâm,nhiều thành viên post bài chủ yếu là spam,thiếu thông tin,có xu hướng kích động,xách mé,đưa nhiều bài mang thông tin xách động chính trị,đơn cử là thành viên hoabinh2010.

01. Về vấn đề thành viên mới mở topic mới, sau đó bị khóa vì vớ va vớ vẩn, nhà em cũng đã suy nghĩ nhiều biện pháp nhưng chưa tìm được cách nào vạn toàn. Lý do chính là cái nút "chủ đề mới" nằm ở vị trí quá thuận tiện, thành viên mới chưa thể bắt người ta thông thạo ngay được, muốn viết gì ấn ngay vào đó cũng là lẽ thường. Ma cũ nên thể tất cho ma mới chút, bức xúc quá thì nhấn than phiền 1 cái cho mõ nhà em dọn. Rồi sau này các ma mới cũng sẽ thành ma cũ như các bác, sẽ đồng cảm với các bác thôi mà. Dựng tường ngăn ko phải là ko được, nhưng các spamer kiểu gì cũng có cách vượt, còn người tử tế có lòng tự trọng viết xong cái gì lại thấy "bạn còn phải chờ kiểm duyệt ..." là quá nửa sẽ 1 đi ko trở lại. Tính về lâu dài nên phải chịu khó chút, mõ nhà em ko ngại việc, chỉ mong các thành viên cũ vì tương lai của box chịu đựng 1 tí lấy chỗ cho người mới, nhất định trong đó sẽ có những luồng gió mát lành (dù thú thực là hơi ít, vấn đề quân sự nó khô khan quá mà ), còn cứ ma cũ với nhau mãi sẽ thành gió quẩn mất.
2. Về vấn đề Mục lục: nhà em xin nhận khuyết điểm mấy tháng gần đây ko cập nhật, sẽ sửa chữa ngay. Còn chuyện định hướng định hiếc, nên hay ko nên quan tâm đến topic này hay topic kia thì cá nhân Maseo trình lùn, ko dám can thiệp vào quyền tự do của các thành viên, các mõ khác thế nào ko biết.
3. Về việc mở topic phải tham khảo ý kiến mõ: nhà em phản đối! TTTVNOL và box GDQP ko có quy định nào như vậy, và việc này ko phù hợp với quyền tự do của các thành viên.
4. Về 1 số thành viên chỉ toàn spam, lôi Ctrị vào, thông tin QS ko có mấy: vẫn đã, đang và sẽ bị xử lý theo đúng quy định. Tuy nhiên do cơ chế box là hậu kiểm để đảm bảo quyền tự do cho thành viên, bài mới viết ra ko chịu kiểm soát gì cả trừ bộ lọc tự động của ttvnol, nên các thành viên thường phải đọc những thứ ko phù hợp khi mõ chưa kịp dọn. Gặp trường hợp đó rất mong các bác nhấn than phiền để mõ tiện hành sự. Sau khi bị xử lý 1 vài lần hầu hết các thành viên post bài kiểu này đều đã hiểu vấn đề, ít hoặc ko tái phạm, vậy là ổn. Số chày bửa phải xử lý ở mức tối đa trong suốt mấy năm làm mõ nhà em chưa đếm nổi quá số ngón trên 1 bàn tay, đây toàn những quới nhơn mà các bác ít nhiều đã biết, trên đời ko có mấy người như vậy, cơ bản là toàn người tốt, vậy mong các bác mở rộng vòng tay
