Re: Material Storage and Processing
This bailment receipt is a master document evidencing the present placement by the Company of fabric and/or other piece goods,trim,materials and goods (collectively ?ogoods?) and any future placement and replacement of ad***ional goods, if any, with the named business partner herein ( hereinafter ?oBaileê?) at premises located as set forth in the letter on page one of this package.
Bailee agrees to accept delivery of, store and hole the said goods and all other goods now or hereafter coming into Baileê?Ts possession which are deleverdto ir for tjr Company?Ts account or are owned by the Company, as bailee and as agent on the Company?Tsbehalf pursuant to the following terms and con***ions:
Bailee acknowledges that it has no ownership interest in the said goods and that its interest in said goods is merely that of bailee for the Company, bailor of said goods.
Bailee agrees not to sell, assign, pledge, mortgage, lend or otherwise deliver possession of or encumber the aforesaid goods or any part thereof except by direction from the Company. Bailee shall inform the Company?Ts prior consent ( unless reequired by emergency circumstances to allow for the safety of said materials).
Bailee shall provide premises which are safe for the storage of said goods. The Company shall insure the company?Ts goods from fire, casualtu and other insurable risks by insurance at the Company ?~s sole cost and expense. Bailee shall advise the Company immediately of any loss or damage to goods of which it becomes aware.
To the extent permitted by applicable insurance policies and insurers, baillee and the Company agree that each shall waive subrogation in favor of each other. However, in cases of gross negliance or willful acts or omissions, such a waiver cannot be applied.
The Company has agreed to pau Bailee consideration for services rendered relative to the goods which may come into its possession under this Bailment Redeipt and/pr any other deliveries of items to Baillee. Bailee acknowledges that all deliveries of goods to it by the Company or for the Company?Ts account shall be under and subject to this Bailment Agreement unless specially noted otherwise in writing.
Baillee agrees to give the Company immediate notice of delivery of goods of delivered. Bailee shall keep detailed records of its handling of Company?Ts goods in accordance with sound business practices and as otherwise requested by the Company.
In the event that the Company authorizes the examination of goods by Bailee, Bailee agrees to give the Company immediate notice of faults which it discovers on goods.
It is agreed that the Company may cause the inspection of the goods at Baileê?Ts premises with reasonable notice.
Bailee shall comply with the Company?Ts instructions for the delivery or shipment of any goods. Bailee agrees to account to the Company for the finished goods as well as imused material, and to furnish a detailed comprehensive statement of the quantity used to process the goods required by the Company and contracted with Bailee.
It is agreed that at all tines the goods shall be and remain subject to the full direction, control and ownership of the Company. The Company agrees to give notice of all instructions for such goods. This Bailment Receipt is intended to cover goods currently enreusted with Bailee and future goods, if any, this Bailment Receipt does not constitute an agreement nor create any obligation to delilver ad***ional work orders or goods to Bailee.
Bailee agrees to store the goods covered by this Bailment Receipt in a manner so as to permit indentifiacation of the goods as Company?Ts goods. Bailee agrees, to the extent practicable, that it will keep the goods separate and apart from other goods in its possession and label the storage location with a legend identifying the goods as owned by the Company.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver by Bailor of any rights against goods.

Nói tóm gọn là thế này này..... dịch thuật là một chuyên ngành ! Ngay cả những người giỏi tiếng Anh chưa chắc đã là người dịch tốt.. nhưng muốn dịch tốt tất yếu phải giỏi cả tiếng Anh lẫn tiếng Việt ! Bạn nên hoàn thiện những kỹ năng cơ bản trước khi đâm đầu vào học dịch ! Tớ khuyên bạn nên xem DVD những series film bằng tiếng Anh như Friends, the Simpson ..etc .. có phụ đề tiếng Anh ( vừa giải trí vừa luyện nghe luôn ) ! sau khi xem xong 10 seasons của Friends tớ cam đoan bạn sẽ diễn đạt ý của mình bằng tiếng Anh khá hơn rất nhiều !
Sau đó bạn mới nên học dịch .. mà phải học thật bài bản nếu bạn muốn trở thành 1 dịch giả giỏi ! Bạn ko nên cố tập dịch những expressions khó, đầu tiên cứ phải dịch thoát ý được những văn bản đơn giản đã !

Trong chuyện học NN, không riêng j tiếng Anh, fixed expressions luôn là vấn đề hóc búa nhất, gồm cả phrase verbs và idioms. Việc sử dụng idiom không còn cách nào khác là banjphair thuộc nhiều, không những meaning mà cả context nữa! Quan trọng hơn là bạn phải nhớ chính xác vì đã là fixed rồi thì bạn không thể sáng tạo, dù là preposition hay article trong idiom đó!
Bản thân bọn tôi học chính quy về dịch thuật nhưng luôn thấy dịch thuật quá bao la, và các thầy luôn nhắc chúng tôi phải hiểu cái j viết trong văn bản gốc để dịch ĐÚNG, rồi mới nghĩ đến dịch HAY, nên không phải cứ cố nhồi idiom là hay đâu! Với lại không thể nhớ hết được từng đấy idiom nên thường paraphrase cho dễ hiểu!
Nếu bạn vẫn băn khoăn về idioms, bạn có thể tìm lại mấy topic về idioms trên EC này, rất đầy đủ và chi tiết!
Chỉ chia giúp bạn idiom làm 3 loại:
- Totally equivalent idioms (giống hệt về nghĩa)
Eg. Better late than never (Muộn còn hơn không)
- Partly equivalent idioms (nghĩa giống nhau, cách biểu đạt khác nhau)
Eg. Beggars cannot be choosers. (ăn mày đừng đòi xôi gấc)
- No equivalent idioms (không có thành ngữ tương đương)
-> paraphrase (up to you)
e.g: Ghét của nào trời trao của ấy (You''re offfered your dislikes)
Don''t put one''s eggs in a basket (Phải biết phân tán rủi ro)
