Article 6 ?" Prizes
The first prizewinners of the national competitions shall receive a special IOC trophy and diploma, which shall be presented at an appropriate occasion arranged by the NOC. The second and third-placed authors shall be awarded special IOC diplomas through their NOCs. Người thắng giải nhất cuộc tranh tài trong nước sẽ nhận được một cúp IOC đặc biệt và bằng khen, hai thứ này sẽ được trao tại một dịp lễ đặc biệt do NOC quyết định tổ chức. Hạng nhì và ba sẽ được trao bằng khen cũng trong dịp ấy.

Perfectly fine, if the word "Olympic" is more widely used in VN than "Thế Vận".

when my gf told me to wear her sleepwear to go to bed, i agreed & told her she was nasty. but she dont know enlgish so she looked up for that word on http://dict.vietfun.com and this stupid website gave her a bunch of offensive deffinitions (what a stupid dict)
now i can''''t explain to her what i really really meant.

I don''t know what you really meant when you told her that, but IMHO naughty is a more adequate word in this situation. Go tell her to look it up and all should be fine.
If not, swallow the bullet and go buy her some red roses and tell her she is the most [her favourite adjective] girl in the whole universe and possibly beyond (remember not to let your eyes blink). Works every time.
