Trời ạ ! toàn mang tài liệu chuyên ngành thì dịch khó quá ạ. Em thích dịch thơ hơn, thôi em thử dịch nhé.
Chắc tài liệu về tin nên em dịch thế này nhá:
1) Nếu bạn chạy thử chưong trình với các điều kiện cùng nhau và biết rằng diều kiện này đc thoả mãn hoặc kô đc thoả mãn nhiều lần hơn điều kiện khác phụ thuộc vào các phép lôgic or và AND, thì bạn có thể làm tăng tốc việc thực thi bằng cách đưa đoạn mã mang đk đó lên trước tiên trong chương trình.
( Đai khái là : cái đk nào xuât hiện nhiều thì thực hiện trước cho đỡ rắc rối vì nó kết hợp với các đk kiện khác = các phép logic- vì thế no'' chạy nhanh hơn)
8) Một phần nào đó, do kô cần thiết cũng chẳng dễ dàng để tìm ra điều kiện lặp được cập nhật ( Lặp lại ) với vòng lặp When và Where, mà lại rất quá dễ khi viết với vòng lặp While trong điều kiện đó, khi thực tế là điều kiện lặp kô bao giờ cập nhật ( lặp lại).
Em dịch thế vì em cũng chẳng biêt nó là cái gì. Nếu đúng là về IT thì hình như nó khuyên mình nên dùng While Loop, kô dùng When và where trong Trường hợp vòng lặp ko lặp lại. Mỗi văn cảnh có một nghĩa khác ạ.
--Bác nên nói nó chuyên ngành gì, nếu bác nói rõ hơn em có thể giúp bác tốt hơn ạ.
Mà dịch kô dđúng bác bỏ qua nha.

Tôi xem bảng Benefits & Rewards của 1 firm , Ở nhánh Financial , bên dưới có 3 nhánh : Performance based, Implied membership-based , Explicit membership-based .
Tôi không thực sự hiểu nghĩa của 2 nhánh sau cùng : Implied membership-based , Explicit membership-based , không biết nó có phải là : người đang làm việc và người đã nghỉ hưu hay không ?
Vì các thành phần trong cột Implied membership-based là : profit sharing, cost-of-living increases, time-in-rank increases , labour market adjustment . Của Explicit membership-based là : protection programs, pay for time not worked, services and perquisities .
