còn khoản out-of-pocket expense thì cứ ví dụ như thế này: công ty anh ký một hợp đồng kiểm toán với một hảng kiểm toán, contract amount là 30,000 đồng, nhưng trong quá trình làm việc, do trể nãi do phía bên anh gây ra, chi phí có tăng thêm gồm tiền làm thêm của kiểm toán viên cho kịp thời hạn ra báo cáo kiểm toán, tiền khắc phục những sai sót trong bút toán của anh, tiền liên lạc, sao chép tài liệu tăng thêm... dẫn đến final amount mà bên kiểm toán charge lại công ty anh là 35,000 đồng, thì 5000 tăng thêm đấy được gọi là out-of-pocket expense

Sorry I did not make it clear enough! there are no questions, it would be nice if somebody could help me translate the passage as I said I may understand it but have no idea how to translate it well so other people can understand (and people do translate in here right?!) hehe
