Hi hi, việc gặp khó khăn khi diễn đạt một câu nói thường ngày bằng tiếng Anh không có gì là lạ cả đâu. Nhất là với những người học cấp tốc để đi thi academic. Có lẽ cần phải tìm đọc hoặc nghe những chủ đề giao tiếp thường ngày thật là nhiều. Các bạn biết những nguồn nào bổ ích thì share cho tôi với nhé. Các chủ đề về các công việc thủ công trong nhà chẳng hạn.

You should put your middle name followed by first name in front. Do not put your first name at the beginning. Thus, the correct order should be:
Van A Nguyen
not A Van Nguyen

Where did you learn this way of putting middle name first before the first name, or this is just your new invention ? Middle name, as the nomenclature itself implies, is in the MIDDLE of the name. Similarly the first name must go first, then the middle name, and the last name goes last.
A simple example is the name of current US president, George Walker Bush, or George W. Bush. Have you seen anywhere his name is written as Walker George Bush or W. George Bush ?
Perhaps you were thinking of double first name, as in the case of, says, Nguyễn Thị Xuân Lan, then in an English document it becomes Xuan Lan Thi Nguyen. But here "Xuan Lan" is the first name therefore goes first, and the real middle name (Thi) is still have to be placed in the middle.

I doubt if Vietnamese are familiar with double first names, though. Whereas Thị/Văn clearly functions as a middle name, there are many cases when the distinction can hardly be made. Say, Nguyen My Dung, for instance, you can put it either "My-Dung Nguyen" or "Dung My Nguyen," depending on how you interpret it.
For simplicity and clarity, just drop your middle name, no matter how nice it may sound. After all, you want your name to be well remembered.

The use of middle name in English and Vietnamese are different, so there''s no need to argue about it.
Normally for a Vietnamese name, you can use (write) like this:
Van A, Nguyen or (if you want to keep the middle name) VanA Nguyen. English speaking people will understand it correctly (as an Asian name) and call you Van A (in most of the case).
The most common way for Vietnamese name is drop the middle name, so we''ll have A Nguyen, that''s simple.
DHK letter is inappropriate in both format and word usage. Discussion of how to write an application form is a controversial topic, so if you still need a better version, we''ll seee if anyone have time for it.

Anyway, whatever you guys want your names to be. It depends on what you want, thus, no problem about the names. If you want to put your middle name in your first name, that''s fine, it''s ok thought.

Cám ơn các bạn .Thú thực là mình không tìm thấy topic này ở đâu cả đến hôm nay mới tìm thấy . Mình hiện tại là sinh viên mà TA thì quá kém cần một quá trình rèn luyện lâu dài .
