Cái này thì thú thực nên dich theo kiểu diễn giải ra chứ từ đúng của tiếng anh thì tớ chịu (vì dụ như the bottom of the world, the ending day of the world...)
Ngày xưa có cụm từ "không thể thiếu" cứ fải dịch là that cannot be lacked" , sau đó một tg mới biết được đó là từ indispensable
Hai từ tiếng anh trên cùng dịch là "vùng đất Phật" được chăng?

Thanks hbe787 và mvc nhé, cuối cùng tôi dùng reference score cho điểm thi đỗ đại học và min score cho điểm sàn, vì tôi nghĩ hai điểm này khác nhau chứ.
Còn "ngày tận thế" tôi nghĩ là doomsday.

The 2nd, the contract is signed on the - DAF (Delivery At Frontier) term (Dang Dang gate) with the sub con***ion is ?othe goods shall be transported by train on the International Combined-transportation railway to Yen Vien Railway Station?. The Buyer pays the charge of transport from Dang Dang to Yen Vien. Bypassing this sub con***ion, we only want you have responsibility of transporting goods on your area (China). We can not know what happened on your area. The goods had missed a deadline, not been in your frontier intime but you had annouced nothing to us and  we performed all as planed, of course. Until now we have not received an exact answer. ?othe goods wil be there about 2 or 3 days ?o is a vague answers. Cound you let us know where our goods is?  Today is Thursday (Jan 12, 2006) and the soonest  is Friday (Jan13,06) the goods will be able to arrive at the Dang Dang frontier and the soonest we will receive the goods in the next Monday (Jan 16,2006).
 
If You want assign all things mentioned above in the 14th Artice (Force Majeure), we also accept it. The representative of the Buyer said that her believed in us but her can not explain orally it with her Board of Directors. Her needs an evidence put down in writing (such as a timetable train.. etc.,)  at least. But how? All is quibbles orally. ?o
 
In fact, the claim for this delay-delivery is not much, about 400USD-500USD. This contract is the first business relationship and they took that in to discussion with us for purpose seeing how us face and resolve problems; seeing what our prestige, cre*** is.
They are not afraid of telling me this contract is the first and maybe is the last.
