India trains a large number of military personnels from overseas. This includes Vietnam. Vietnamese military personnel train is technical matters and operational matters. I don''''t know them personally.
But India is training 1) army personnels and airforce (including pilots) from Vietnam. Indian Navy and Indian Coast Gurard are training with Vietnamese Navy and Vietnam''''s Sea Police.
About SU-30 MKI, hahahahah, no foreign country can fly them. Its very advanced aircraft. However Vietnamese can be trained on SU-30 MK or SU-30 MK-1. I am not sure they are getting trained on SU-30''''s. But Indian is helping Vietnamese Airforce with spares and maintainence of Vietnamese Fighters like MiG-21. In future , who knows even SU-30. SU-30 is news to India, it will take some time.
India has agreed to give Vietnam Prithvi Missiles. Its up to Vietnam to take them

This is Prithvi Missile. It can strike 300 kms.
Indian has also promised to give Vietnam this helicopter. Its called Dhruv or Advanced Light Helicopter.

This year Indian Navy gave a shipment of 900 boxes weighing 150 tonnes of Petya and OSA II-class missile boats spares for the Vietnamese navy. It was badly needed for Vietnamese Navy. All for free
Indian ships have come to Vietnam for joint training and excercises.

Is the biggest India air-universe center Sriharikota (Andhra Pradesh)?
Is it used for launchning satellite-rocket also?

I like Talwar-class frigate with Klub-N SSN missile, stealth. Talwar is modified from Krivak.

Indian INS Talwar is more stealthy and has Indian, french and israel equipment.
There is an Indian Project " Shivalik class" or "P-17". This will be better than INS Talwar. More space and more stealth, better weapons. Its getting made in India

Do u have any news about India Su-30 vs USA F-18 in some exercises between india and USA?
I think Su-30MKI take advance to F-18.
Can you tell us your understading and what indian expert said about that?

Actually SU-30 mk and F-18 have not taken part in excercise. F-15 of USAF and SU-30 MK of IAF have taken part. IAF dosen''t not comment on the excercise. But USAF commented. SU-30 MK is a very powerfull aircraft. It beat F-15 most of the times. USAF wants F-22 now after the excercise.
America is offering F-18 to India. May be IAF will buy F-18.
