FORT WORTH, Texas --- Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. has offered its X2 Technology Light Tactical Helicopter concept for the U.S. Army''s Armed Aerial Scout Program, the company announced today from the AAAA Annual Convention. Sikorsky Aircraft is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp.
The X2 Technology demonstrator combines an integrated suite of technologies intended to advance the state-of-the-art, counter-rotating coaxial rotor helicopter. It is designed to demonstrate a helicopter can cruise at 250 knots, while retaining such desirable helicopter attributes as excellent low speed handling, efficient hovering, safe autorotation, and a seamless and simple transition to high speed.
Among the innovations the X2 Technology demonstrator employs are:
--Fly-by-wire flight controls
--Counter-rotating rigid rotor blades
--Hub drag reduction
--Active vibration control
--Integrated auxiliary propulsion system

AC-130J Shifts To Missiles
April 15, 2010: The U.S. Air Force is buying 16 C-130J transports, for $100 million each, for conversion into AC-130J gunships.
The 79 ton C-130J has a top speed of 644 kilometers, 40 percent more range than the C130H, and can carry 25 percent more cargo.
The AC-130J will be equipped with more powerful sensors, and armed with a single 30mm autocannon, and multiple launchers for Viper Strike and Griffin guided missiles (and perhaps the larger Hellfire as well).

The EA-18G was scheduled to finish flight testing in 2008. The Navy planned to buy approximately 85 aircraft in 2008. Approval for full-rate production was expected in the third quarter of 2009, and was given on 23 November 2009. Boeing will ramp up production to 20 airplanes per year.
In 2008 the Australian Government requested export approval from the US government to purchase up to six EA-18Gs, which would be part of the order for 24 F/A-18F Super Hornets. On 27 February 2009, Defence Minister Joel Fitzgibbon announced that 12 of the 24 Super Hornets on order would be wired on the production line for future fit-out as EA-18Gs. The ad***ional wiring would cost A$35 million. The final decision on conversion to EA-18Gs, at a cost of A$300 million, would be made in 2012
On 9 July 2009, General James Cartwright told the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services that the choice had been to continue the F-18 production line because the war fighting commanders needed more aerial EW capability that only the EA-18G could provide.

Khơ khơ, chứng minh EA 6B đóng vai trò chính ở Nam tư Iraq xem nào,
Iraq thì các chuyên gia Nga rút, Iraq không đủ trình vận hành tạm khôngtính, Nam tư tổ chức phòng không ra sao?

Còn máy bay Nga rơi là thì đa phần là quân ta đánh quân mình(nhất là mấy anh Nam Ô xét ti, Nga lờ vì chẳng nhẽ chửi đàn em) và trục trặc kỹ thuật(như Mỹ).
Nặng nhất là quả Buk hạ TU 22, thì đàu tiên là yếu tố địa hình vùng núi đã là nguồn gây nhiễu, giấu vũ khí tốt.. Cộng thêm Nga chỉ ra ngay là đồ Ucraina cung cấp, nhiều khả năng cho cả chuyên gia sang.
Thứ hai: Buk có phải vũ khí Soviet không? Như vậy về phương diẹn công nghệ cũng là vũ khí Liên Xô dánh vũ khí Nga, nhể.

Có cả trạm chuyên theo dõi bắt dính các chú dạng A oắc, EA 6-kẻ chọc ngoáy.
Còn decoy đuwọc cái rẻ tiền, chính là dummy projectile đấy.
Nga nó có cả đạn phá sóng vô tuyến 155 mm, bắn lên cái là các chú EW mù cả.

U.S. Air National Guard F-15C Golden Eagles ?" upgraded with advanced, long-range radars that also will serve as electronic warfare jamming and attack weapons ?" are becoming part of the Air Force?Ts composite air dominance force that also includes stealthy F-22s stationed at Langley AFB, Va.
Each fighter type will shoulder 50% of the air dominance mission now that the F-22 force has been capped at 187 aircraft. The upgraded F-15Cs will carry the larger APG-63(V)3 active, electronically scanned array (AESA) radar. The radar?Ts long range and ability to detect small targets will allow F-22s to operate in electronic silence with their low observability (LO) uncompromised by electronic emissions.
The first operational F-15C modified with the Raytheon radar has been declared operational with the Florida Air National Guard?Ts (ANG) 125th Fighter Wing. ?oOur objective is to fly in front [of any strike force] with the F-22s, and have the persistence [because of larger fuel loads] to stay there while the [stealthy fighters] are conducting their LO attack,? says Maj. Todd Giggy, the wing?Ts chief of weapons and tactics. Giggy was formerly with the 1st Air Dominance Wing at Langley. ?oThat persistence is something we can add that no one else can in the air dominance world.?
The Florida, Louisiana and Oregon ANG will field the first 48 V3 radar-equipped F-15Cs. Massachusetts and Montana ANG units will follow so that the East, West and Gulf coasts have a cruise missile defense capability.
?oWe?Tre embracing an air-launched concept for theater ballistic missile defense as a deterrent and as a tactical capability to protect our forces in theater and for homeland defense,? Giggy says.
One of the missiles in consideration for the theater ballistic missile defense mission is Raytheon?Ts Network Centric Airborne Defense Element (NCADE) variant of the AIM-120 advanced medium-range air-to-air missile (Amraam).
?oWe?Tre talking to the ANG about a demonstration of an air-launched, hit-to-kill system,? says Ramon Estrada, Raytheon?Ts F-15 AESA program manager. ?oIt takes the Amraam body and extends the range *****pport a ballistic missile mission.? The AIM-120C-6 and AIM-120D Amraam models were optimized in part to attack small-signature cruise missiles.
The Air Force will deliver up to six AESA radars this summer for installation on F-15Cs at the Weapons School and 422 Test and Evaluation Squadron at Nellis AFB, Nev. The fleet eventually will grow to 176 Golden Eagles that are slated to serve until 2030.

Hì hì, cứ cãi thầy đi làm cái máy bay toàn nhựa khung mọt máy yếu mọt đời không dám lên tàu sân bay.
F15 là dạng Mig 31 đẻ non ấy mà, do F22 máy móc yếu đuối, cấp nguồn cho máy gây nhiễu nữa và phải gắn thêm pod thì chắc hơn cái máy bay bà già tý.
Thế là lại phải vời ông già F15 ra sánh vai cùng bà già đẻ non F22.
Mà không dùng F15SE nhé, cứ dùng đời cổ mới có khung chắc máy khoẻ.
Tóm lại, cãi thầy Nga thì còn tốn, nhể.
Mig 31, Su 35 đã làm kiểu mini A oắc từ tám hoánh, giừo trò Mỹ lại lót tót học theo.
