các bạn cãi nhau gì nhỉ T-90 của Ấn Độ đã trải qua nhiều giai đoạn rồi ,còn đâu T-90 đời đầu vừa thử xong với giá thành và cấu hình do Ấn Độ chon.Bây giờ Ấn Độ sản xuất T-90M theo chuyển giao công nghệ và hướng tới tăng Smảt trong tương lai.Với lại T-90M là tăng loại trung 46,5 tấn-2,2 triệu USD có sao so với Ạun là tăng loại nặng 58,5 tấn-3,8 triệu USD nặng hơn cả chục tấn làm theo linh kiện nhập khẩu của Đức và Izrael cơ chứ vwói hơn 30 chục năm nghiên cứu chăc cũng có gì đó chứ.Loại tăng T-95 mà Nga sẽ đưa ra còn nhẹ hơn cả Arjun mà là tăng thế hệ 5 rồi.Còn quân đội Ấn Độ đã đưa ra thông tin gì chính xác đâu.Dẫu sao T-90M cũng là tăng chủ lực của Ấn Độ với vài nghìn chiếc và vẫn còn giữ bí mật chứ.Kể ra hệ thống ngắm bấn tìm nhiệt của Nga ngày xưa cũng hơi yếu về tầm nhìn ban đêm nhưng vào 2010 Nga cũng tự sản xuất theo bản quyền loại hợp tác với Pháp rồi.Vậy là cứ 1 Ạun là Ấn có gần 2 xe T-90 rồi lại sau này tự sản xuất lấy và làm tiếp Smart tank thế hệ 5 mà chẳng khoái sao? Có nhiều tiền thì mua luôn tăng Châu Âu hay Mĩ rồi.Còn chắc Ấn chỉ mua Arjun để thử nghiệm thôi.

A third contract, worth $1.23 billion, was signed in December 2007 for 347 upgraded T-90Ms, the bulk of which will be licence-assembled by HVF. The Army hopes to field a force of over 21 regiments of T-90 tanks and 40 regiments of modified T-72s. The Indian Army would begin receiving its first T-90M main battle tank (MBT) in completely knocked-down con***ion from Russia?Ts Nizhny Tagil-based Uralvagonzavod JSC by the end of 2009.
The T-90M features the ?~Kaktus?T embedded explosive reactive armour (ERA) package on its frontal hull and turret-top (the T-90S has ?~Kontakt-5?T ERA), is fitted with an enhanced environmental control system supplied by Israel?Ts Kinetics Ltd for providing cooled air to the fighting compartment, has ad***ional internal volume for housing the cryogenic cooling systems for new-generation thermal imagers like the THALES-built Catherine-FC thermal imager (operating in the 8-12 micron bandwidth.In all, India plans to have 310 T-90S and 1,330 T-90M tanks in service by 2020.[22]
The first batch of 10 license built T-90 Bhishma was inducted into the Indian army on 24 August 2009. These vehicles were built at the Heavy Vehicles Factory at Avadi, Tamil Nadu.

Despite DRDO''s attempts at indigenization, the Arjun relied heavily on foreign components and technology. DRDO received major design assistance from Krauss Maffei, the developer of the German Leopard 2 tank, and several other German firms. As a result, Arjun''s design is very similar to that of Leopard 2A4 tank. 50% of the tank''s components are imported, which include the engine, transmission, gun barrel, tracks, and fire control system
Armed with a 120 mm rifled gun, the Arjun is believed to be capable of firing APFSDS (Kinetic Energy) rounds, HE, HEAT, High Explosive Squash Head (HESH) rounds at the rate of 6-8 rounds per minute and the Israeli semi-active laser guided LAHAT missile. The LAHAT, developed in Israel, is a gun-launched missile and is designed to defeat both enemy armor and enemy combat helicopters. In ad***ion, it is armed with a 12.7 mm AA machine gun and a 7.62 mm coaxial machine gun. The Arjun can carry 39 rounds in special blast-proof canisters. The Arjun uses a manual loader and has a crewman to reload the gun.
The Arjun''s rifled main gun is a rarity, main battle tanks of most other countries have smoothbore guns as standard. The British Challenger 2 is the only other MBT equipped with a rifled gun.
Fire control and navigation technologies are provided by Elbit, an Israeli defence company. The Fire Control System is stabilised on two axes, and with an extremely high hit probability (design criteria call for a greater than 0.9 Pk) replaces an earlier analogue one, which had problems due to its inability to function under the harsh desert con***ions. However, the new fire control system also frequently malfunctions when subjected to temperatures greater than 42 degrees Celsius.[24] The combined day sight from Bharat Electronics Ltd. and the thermal imager (formerly from Sagem, now reported to be from El-Op) constitute the gunner''s primary sight. The first batch of tanks of the 124 ordered by the Army will have an all-digital Sagem FCS, whereas the second block will have the BEL unit, which will be used for all units thereafter

The reorganization and re-equipping of the Russian army''s tank force has become a high-priority military issue.
Reductions in tank forces, the gradual expansion of T-90 tank production, the modernization of existing tanks and the development of the next generation T-95 tank - this gives much food for thought.
RIA Novosti learned more about it during an exclusive interview with Oleg Siyenko, CEO of Uralvagonzavod, a Russian engineering company located in Nizhny Tagil, the Urals Federal District. Uralvagonzavod is the world''s largest main battle tank manufacturer and the only tank manufacturer in Russia.
The T-90 has undergone continuous upgrades since it was first developed in the early 1990s on the basis of the latest modifications to the T-72/T-72B. It is the only mass-produced main battle tank in Russia.
Under the current state rearmament program, the Russian army is expected to receive about 1,500 tanks of this model. At present, the Russian Armed Forces have 500 T-90 tanks and receive 60 to 100 new tanks of this model each year.
This month, General Alexander Postnikov, Commander of Land Forces, caused a sensation when he announced the order for 261 T-90 tanks in 2010. Although all news outlets reported a steep rise in T-90 procurement, Siyenko could not confirm the story.
"There is no contract for such an order at present. Unfortunately, contracts between the Ministry of Defense and our company call for much fewer tanks. But I can say that we would be happy to receive such an order, as it would ensure the stability of our company and help it to expand," Siyenko said.
The T-90 is currently the most commercially successful tank on the global market. The number of exported tanks, including tank-assembly kits, will soon reach 1,000, and more and more countries are beginning to import them.
India is the largest buyer of T-90 tanks, but they can also be found in the Algerian military according to media reports. Contracts have been signed with Turkmenistan, while preliminary agreements have been concluded with Cyprus, Libya and Saudi Arabia.
In ad***ion to the production of T-90 tanks, T-72 tanks continue to be modernized for the Russian Armed Forces. The T-72BA is currently the main modified version. Modernization programs streamline the fire-control system, enhance hull-bottom mine resistance by installing an ad***ional armor plate near the driver''s seat, standardize the platform and engine with the T-90 tank and improve the tank''s armor.
An upgraded T-72 tank has considerably greater potential and meets modern tank requirements, while at the same time being far cheaper to produce than a new T-90 tank.
Nevertheless, the army is hoping for a next generation tank to replace older models and reinforce the current fleet of T-90. Known as "Item 195" and the T-95, this new model has been under development for many years. Details remain classified.
During our exclusive interview, Siyenko commented on reports on the T-95, which was developed at Uralvagonzavod, where it will also be mass-produced:
"We''ve been working on this project for many years. Unfortunately, we are having problems with our parts suppliers, who are falling behind both in terms of product quality and quantity. We are working to solve this problem on our own. Our engineers are developing new units and systems for this entirely new tank and for intermediate versions. With the approval of the government, the first tanks could be displayed this summer at the Russian Defense Expo 2010 in Nizhny Tagil.
Although I can''t reveal the tank''s specifications, I would like to point out that we have met the technical requirements of the proposal in full as well as the requirements of the military.
Let''s wait until summer, when you will most likely be able to see the new tank for yourself."
If the summer expo of the T-95 in Nizhny Tagil happens, Russia will become the first country to unveil a fifth-generation tank. This tank is expected *****rpass all of its predecessors and rivals.
Despite the secrecy surrounding the T-95, some information has been leaked. It appears that the new tank will weigh about 55 metric tons and that it will have a remote-controlled turret with a 152-mm cannon capable of firing conventional rounds and guided missiles.
Tank design and performance, in ad***ion to crew training, are becoming increasingly important at a time when Moscow has decided to reduce Russia''s tank force from over 20,000 operational and reserve vehicles to 2,000 operational and 5,000-6,000 in reserve.
It becomes even more important when you consider the vastness of Russia''s borderland as well as a hypothetical land conflict with a superior enemy. Consequently, the success of army reforms in Russia will largely depend on the success of the T-95 R&D program and subsequent tests.

Upgrading T-90 tanks can be completed before the end of the year

NOVO-OGARYOVO, 6 apr - RIA Novosti. Modernization of the challenges in service in the Russian Army T-90 tanks can be completed before the end of 2010, said Deputy Defense Minister Vladimir Popovkin told reporters.
"It is a complex of works on modernization of the T-90, to increase the combat power to equip night vision devices. Work is underway to make all the shells from the cab tank" - he said.
The deputy minister added that the improved and armor tank.
"The company promises to make it (to upgrade the tanks) until the end of 2010," - he said.
T-90 - main battle tank in Russia, was commissioned in 1992.

Máy bay đâm xuống đất vì hỏi đường máy kéo
Một phi cơ loại nhỏ đâm xuống đất sau khi phi công bay sát một máy kéo để hỏi đường.
Hãng thông tấn RIA Novosti đưa tin sự việc xảy ra tại vùng Stavropol, phía nam nước Nga, vào ngày 16/4. Người phi công đang bay thì đột nhiên mất phương hướng. Anh ta nhìn xuống dưới và thấy một chiếc máy kéo đang chạy trên cánh đồng. Ngay lập tức phi công quyết định hạ độ cao để hỏi đường người lái máy kéo. Sau đó máy bay lao xuống đất.
Oleg Ugnivenko, người phát ngôn của Bộ Các tình trạng khẩn cấp Nga tại vùng Stavropol, nói phi cơ gặp nạn là một chiếc Antonov An-2, loại máy bay có một động cơ và hai tầng cánh. Nó đâm xuống vì cần hạ cánh hỏng. Ugnivenko nói không ai bị thương vì vụ tai nạn.
