The 4th riddle :
By the time they gave a concert at Candlestick Park , the Beatles had already decided to call it a day as a performing group.
What is the idiom : "Call it a day " mean?

Hi Dirosemimi, I'm very sorry that I can't respond for your answer earlier, because I've been so busy with my final exams in school. However, your answere is correct; "kick it around" does mean discuss. Congratulation. And of course, you got 5 stars of voting from me. In fact, I want to say to you that your 7secrets with English which you mentioned in page 4th is just great. That's exactly what I have been doing for these 2 recent years. As a result, those useful ways really work, and my English skill has improved quickly and clearly. I'm very glad that this club has a wonderful leader like you when you gave those secrets to every body. That's a really good and generous manner! I believe those great suggestions will be very helpful and useful to everybody in studying English.
For the 2 riddles of Tidenbs, I guess:
*The answer for the first riddle is seasons-women can't keep the seasons as no one can keep the time passing every day.
*The answer for the second riddle is because even though the man said that he'd write the boy's exact wieght on a piece of paper, but he didn't say how many guesses he could make on that paper. So after the boy accepted the bet, the man just made a list of guesses, for instance, from 20 kg to 70 kg. Finally, the exact wieght of the boy must be one of the numbers in that list.
For the 4th riddle of Dirosemimi, I guess "call it a day" means to give a deadline.

So what does "be on the ball" mean?

I lost my dictationary
The whole sentence means the Beatles will not have any concert as a performing group. The idiom "call it a day" means "finish work for the day".

The man wrote 3 words "your exact weight" to the paper and won the bet.
